Jackson Andrew School is one of the best schools. The teachers care about their students. My son has been in this school for one year 8th grade . I can see the difference. One of the best things in this school that there is a nice way of communication between parents and the teachers. They accept the comments if there is any and they support you with a full report about your child and they highlight the important points that your son need to do better. A special thanks for the school Principal and for Ms.Elizabeth Powers who gave my son their support to be nominated to attend the National Young Leaders to represent Philadelphia in Harrisburg.

Very cliquey. School posted names of children outside and didn't inform parents big security issue. Changed uniform regulations and didn't make anyone aware. Great teachers mrs niehoff forster sharkey mckensie. Layed off an awesome aide based on how long they weren't working there even after volunteering when their kids attended. Too much money for the lack of resources for the teachers. Put your kids in another school.
My son attended the Greene Street Academy in 2013-14 year. He was new to preschool and needed time to transition from a home setting. The management and educational team worked together with my son and family to ensure a smooth transition. I would recommend this school to any parent seeking small class sizes, affordable tuition and transportation.
The Preparatory charter high school is a good no great school but all they need is more activities as in music because i went to a school called smith and we had a music teacher and i dont want all her teachings go to waste so it would be nice if we had a music teacher there then acording to me it would be the best school.

Best of Philly! Beer and Brewing classes for all levels. The Beer 101 and Belgian Beer classes are the most popular, followed by the Brewing Program, which is run twice a year.
