Rooms are okay. "Complementary" breakfast was $18.00, but the view of Atlanta was nice. If you're going to stay there just be sure to pay in cash because my debit card was charged several times and I still have not gotten my money back.

Great location in the Concourse campus. Lots of greenspace for the area and conveniently close to 400 and 285. Amenities are about on par with other Westin properties.
On the 26th Rachel and a white guy came to the room which was the day for my unit to be serviced. I opened the door and she barges in claiming to be doing a "Security Scan ". She go over to the air conditioner like a cop looking for drugs and around the bed. My wife is using the bathroom and Rachel is trying to walk by me and disrespect my wife privacy. Now I'm wondering what is going on. After the 26th we would leave and come back to see that certain things had been disheveled or moved.We're not getting any sleep now because something is not adding up.I know that there are many people living here with dogs that are not service animals but regular pets, so my daughter brings the dog and I'm not hiding the dog because I've seen several dogs here. 2 min later there's banging on the door and it's, Rachel and her side kick. I'm thinking that they are about to clean the room but here's Rachel trying to over use her managerial position. She came straight out with lies. Saying the other tenants was complaining.The dog hadn't been in my room long so I knew she lied. She told me I had 5 minutes to pack up and leave. I told her that I wasn't going to just throw the dog out so she said I had until 2pm. We arrive back to the room and my wife goes to get Rachel name. After getting her info my wife goes to leave and Rachel calls her a Fat B!!**. When Rachel was asked what did she say, she felt it was funny so she laughed. The room is filthy!!! The area around cooking area haven't been cleaned in a long time, there's this big dust circle of spider webbing in ceiling, poor wall sockets, dirt and grim all around the floor boards and on the doors and walls. They tv constantly resets itself and mute volume, broken ac vents, broken table, bed with no support like sleeping on rocks, water leaks in sink, and nasty poop looking stains on walls. I never felt wanted here anyway due to all the harrassment. I feel like a criminal and I would never stay here again, even if paid to.
customer service is very bad, i asked to be moved to another room because ive seen bed bugs. the front desk guy told me he would only give me new sheets not a new room.
This was an amazing find on a recent business trip to Atlanta - most of the old basics were booked solid and I ended up at Twelve. When I come back I will only stay here, the rooms are bigger than most 1 bedroom apartments. You get a full suite, an open balcony, and so much more. We also had appetizers at "Room" in the lobby and the calamari is the best I have ever had. Seriously, the best calamari I have EVER had.
The service was excellent, and the staff were all very helpful and professional, as one would expect from The Ritz-Carlton. The lobby was nicely decorated. The room and everything were pretty clean. The location is great, plenty of places, restaurants and attractions within walking distance. I was disappointed with the room though. Don't get me wrong, there was really nothing wrong with the room. It was perfectly fine by 3-4 star hotel standards, but this is a 5 star hotel, and I was expecting a bit more luxury or amenities than what we usually get at 3-4 star hotels, and I didn't feel like that was the case.
This is the fourth Microtel we've experienced and have been equally impressed with the lodging and staff. The beds are comfy. The breakfast was wonderful, just enough to get going for the day. Maybe add a waffle maker? Thanks Microtel Perimeter you've made our stay in ATL a good time.
I recently visited a friend and stayed at the Renaissance Hotel Midtown and was treated amazingly well during my stay. Medea, the Manager, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional in helping us with several billing concerns. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was First Class and memorable. The entire front desk staff, valets, and housekeeping were incredible! I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a wonderful experience in Midtown Atlanta. Keep it up Medea!!! We have stayed here twice. One time was on the Fourth of July. They were super accommodating and getting us a room that faced Centennial Park on a high-level. The room was clean. The pool and hot tub was up on a lower level roof, The condition of the pool in the hot tub was substandard at best. The pool is a glorified bathtub. If you have small children they will like it. The hot tub was half full. Not enjoyable at all. On the positive side we came back for my friends birthday. They were very accommodating to our party. We were even sent champagne. We will come back again.
Ok, maybe I was smitten by the name and legend. The room was certainly not worthy of the price. The comfortable bed was the best part of our stay. Will definitely pick a different hotel for our next downtown Atlanta.
