        Sump/Sewer Drain Line Repair

        I had used Reliance previously and consulted Angie's list when I had an issue with a clogged sump pump drain line that led to the storm sewer. Reliance figured out that the root system from a large tree in our yard has invaded the pipe. They provided a fair estimate for the work and took care of securing the permits from the village, working with the inspector and sending a polite crew to do the excavation and repair. Overall, it was a great experience. While Reliance is not the cheapest, their level of service and professionalism was more than worth it.

        Professional, Reliable, Reasonably Priced..

        Had an issue with our sewer near the main street, called Reliance as they came highly recommended by our neighbors. Next day they were out there with heavy machinery digging up the street, making the repair and done within hours. Very impressed with the service we received and would highly recommend to all.

        Very Pleased

        I am very satisfied with Reliance Plumbing and their service. Not only was the service tech prompt to my home at the appointment time set but they were extremely curtious and knowledgable and explained everything thoroughly so I would understand it. I appreciate the attentiveness and treatment as a customer, not as a number. I would definitely call them again if I needed additional plumbing services as well as refer them to others.
