On January 4 2016 the recycle truck came through for pickup forgetting two neighbors. When the office was called, Donna said we were wrong, our pickup date was January 11. We said then why did the truck come through today and pick everyone else's up. Well she couldn't answer that. Well guess what, the truck DID NOT come through on January 11 like Donna said. I think Donna should have admitted their mistake and apologized instead of telling us we were confused.

Horrible. Dropped their service because they were sloppy and had horrible customer service. Refuses to refund overpayment after over 2 months of phone calls. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRiBLE!!!




HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! I dont understand how a company with this POOR customer service is still in business. Missed pick ups, unable to track payments, and HORRIBLE customer service! Garbage never used to be this frustrating!




I have been a customer of McAuliffe for 8 years and since this compnay has been bought out I believe for the 2nd time the service is horrible.

You are put on hold forever and while on hold the recording tells you that you can email them with you questions for quicker service. Really, it's a local number I am dialing.

I am now waiting for my trash to picked up since Monday evening, it's Wed. only to find out that the call I put in for a missed pick up yesterday was never passed along to a driver for today. I am now told that tomorrow Thursday my trash will be picked up. How do I even know if that person did her job after hanging up with me today?

I will be lookiing for another trash hauler after this billing cycle.

I switched to IWS a 3 months a...

I switched to IWS a 3 months ago. It has been a nightmare dealing with their company. It started with them not delivering my 2 receptacles (trash and recycling) for over a month. Then they rarely remember to pick up on schedule, meaning another half hour call to their incompetent customer service department each time, and rancid garbage sitting in my front lawn. The recycling partner they use has NEVER picked up recycling on time without me needing to call, even if I've called ahead of time. Their billing department misplaces information and removal service gets cancelled with no notification or justification. This is the absolute worst trash company I have had. The only positive about their company was the price, and it's definitely not worth the hassle to save 20 bucks a quarter. Don't waste your time or money with them.
