I rented a minivan for a week in August from National at the Burbank/Bob Hope Airport. I used National because of a discount and points offer from a credit card and got my moneys worth--a reliable ride that allowed me to carry up to 7 people and with self storing seats that allowed me to haul a load of folding tables and chairs to an event dinner. Pick-up and drop off are done at a multilevel garage on-site at the airport--no shuttles to off-site locations, though a bit of a walk on an elevated pedestrian walkway from the terminal to the rental car center. I checked in with my reservation at the desk and made payment arrangements, then was able to go to the garage and select the minivan of my choice (4 to pick from at the time). I chose to get the loss damage waiver for 14.99/day, which ended up saving me the cost of my own insurance's deductible. Someone scratched the side of the van with their side view mirror in the hotel parking garage and didn't leave a note. On returning the car, it was just a simple drop off and check that the gas tank was full, got the receipt and good to go. The staff at National's rental desk and at pick-up were friendly and professional, very efficient in getting me into a car and a quick and easy return. It was an excellent car rental experience
I fly in to the Bob Hope airport quite frequently. I had rented from another rental agency previously because my booking agency had a discount with them. On my last trip, I had the opportunity to use National. After that trip, I told my booking agency to always book me through them, period. The service was amazing and there was no hassle picking up or dropping off the car. By far the best rental company I've used.
My experience with Enterprise Burbank was extra-ordinary. All staff and personnel were very helpful and very friendly. Check out was fast and efficient. The excellent customer service was exemplary. Reasonable rates and cars were always in good condition and of course.........very clean. Thank you guys!! Highly recommended.
Enterprise is mostly a convenience "I need a car and this is my option" business, I hate to say it. They are friendly (but pushy), car selection is average, their prices feel high, and this particular Enterprise parking lot is hard to get in and out of, especially at key car return times. Works in a pinch.
I really enjoy working with the people at Enterprise Rent-a-Car. Unfortunately, the business location has moved. The new location is on the Burbank airport property & no longer offers a shuttle service. The walk from the gate is very long & not easy for older people with suitcases.
I don't travel all that often but on this repeat trip to Burbank I found that National had taken the initiative to enroll me in their Emerald club, with the added convenience and amenities that offers. The car provided on my last trip was first rate.
These guys really know how to manage long lines and give you the impression that your wait was not a problem. It's all in the way they make you feel when you get your car. Glad to rent with these guys.
They were great. Had my choice of cars. Everything was ready for me to go. Was in and out in 15 minutes. Have used them several times when in Burbank. Highly recommend !!
Reserved a compact and arrived at 5 to only find minivans and suv's! Yikes... Had to drive a big car for s few days. It was ok but the should have had what I reserved.
This staff was very nice and accommodating. It is conveniently located and I was able to get in and out in a very timely manner.
