I have gone here for a while now! Never had a problem with my fish until this time! I came home and two were dead already! No problem that can happen! There was another that didnāt look to good when I put him in my tank! Then another died this morning! So I went and had my water tested at a place near me! It tested great they said your waters perfect! They showed me everything and gave me the results! So I went back to the Fish Place! The guy who came over to help me was very Nasty! Well we need to test you water! I said I had it tested, would you like to see the paper of the results, because I have it in my car! No I Donāt, because we need to test it ourself! I said Iām sorry I would have brought a sample, but I didnāt know you tested the water, because I Never had a problem here before! Well I will give you your money back, because I wonāt warranty any fish for you! So if you get fish they arenāt going to have a warranty! seriously I just bought these fish and spent a $100.00 this last time! My brother has spent hundreds of dollars there! I called my brother told him what happenend and he said we will go some where else from now on! Thank You for hiring ignorant nasty people! Word of mouth goes a long ways!
The best fish store ever. They are very knowledgeable, and give good advise. They always give good suggestions and NEVER try to rip you off.
Excellent place for all fish needs....they have a nice assortment of fish, many tanks, that look like they are well cared for. Prices are also affordable compared to other stores I previously shopped at. Excellent staff !
If you want sick fish and to be treated less than human then this is the store for you and don't forget to ask for Jack to get the true experience.
the fish place is amazing. the best fish store in wny. They are very knowledgable although there have been a couple of times where ive witnessed the staff being rude in a "your taking too long" sort of way, but the place is always packed and they are very busy there. ive been going there for at least 15 years and never had a problem. at this point im on a first name basis with them
Place smells, stoner staff, diseased fish got ich from this place when I purchased a knife fish
Been in the Hobby for 40 years and this place has a great selection of healthy cichlids
I thought it was a very good store. Great selection and the staff I dealt with was very helpful and knowledgable. One of the few places that had Endler's Livebearers in stock.
Excellent store. One of the largest selections of freshwater and salt water fish in the area.
Large selection of foods, tanks, supplies and equipment.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Don't go there. They are rude and obnoxious. They also have cockroaches all over the place. We were asking a few questions and they treated us like we were a bunch of dummies. I was considering a saltwater tank but after the treatment we got we left empty - handed.

Provided by CitysearchI don't live near this store and drove the distance to come here based on a word of mouth referral through a friend. To me, the service is worth the drive.
The staff was courteous, attentive and prompt. They were able to make recommendations easily and quickly. They answered all of my questions and handled me with respect, though I am a 'fish newbie' as I would say. They had a wide selection of products and fish.
I walked out without spending an arm and a leg. I didn't second guess my purchases, and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. All of those things are important to me both a customer, and as someone who has worked in customer service myself for years.

Provided by CitysearchWhether you are looking to start your new fish hobby or maintain it, this is the place to visit.
The staff KNOW their fish and will advise you. This is especially important if you are just starting out.
They have a large healthy selection of both freshwater and saltwater fish. They also have a section dedicated to outside water gardens.
You wouldn't purchase your tires at the supermarket, so why purchase your fish at the common pet place that doesn't have a clue what they are selling.
Don't miss the display aquarium they have set up ! So big you could almost scuba dive in it : )

Provided by CitysearchI travel from Rochester NY to get my discus fish here. The quality and service is phenomenal! They are
professional and courteous. I would recommend anyone that is inquiring where to find a good place to buy fish to go there. It's def. worth the drive. My fish are gorgeous!
call them to ask about a yeloow tang the person on the phone was very rude about when i asked about what size tank they require. I tried to ask them what tanks they carry, but his responce was i have other customers with money in there hands..
