Moved here 2010. Since the new ownership, we've lost amenities, not gained anything. Lot rent increases and the service is unsatisfactory. Started with two gates open and now just one(main gate) open 24/7. No longer is it considered gated (which was in our paperwork when we bought the place). Cut pool hours down. Office staff rarely picks up their phone nor do they return a phone call. The lot next to us hasn't been mowed in going on 2 months. However, they are quick to put a violation notice about our lawn. They'll repave the road coming into the park but refuses to complete the rest of the park. When questions are asked nothing is resolved and the responses aren't helping the tenants. The persona of Lamplighter on the River is THEIR ACTIONS PROVE TO THE TENANTS THAT THEY DON'T CARE. Being a tenant here is not as pleasant as it could be or should be. If we could afford to move out of here, we surely would. I would not recommend anyone to move here.
