So, originally, they had actually talked me into writing a good review for them....(hence the response). However, after looking back through all my paperwork. They charged me for thousands of dollars worth of optional things that they said they were “throwing in”.Don’t trust them. I will be going in tomorrow to try and have this straightened out. Which I’m sure it won’t be since I’ve already signed. They just want your money. Just like every other dealership. Be careful. This was the WORST car buying experience I have ever had! The first car I was buying ended up having a recall and after being there all day, I couldn’t buy it. Then I LITERALLY PURCHASED another vehicle and when I went to pick it up they told me they accidentally sold it to someone else!! Then, after doing all the paperwork over and over and over.....they offered to throw in some oil changes etc..which I now see I was charged $990 for 3 oil changes!! And an optional maintenance plan for $2100! After I said I didn’t want anything extra. And a fabric protection plan which I was led to believe was included. Also....my old bank keeps calling me because the “forgot” to send the check to pay off my trade in!
Id give 0 if I could. Purchased a new Sedona and selling mine to a private purchaser. They had an accident with it as they were bringing it back to me. Only the sales person called to tell me. Didnt reach out to the owner of the truck they ran into either. Management never called. I had to pay 2 additional months on that car plus insurance til it was fixed. Took them forever too. Also the van i purchased advertised on their corporate page under comparisons that a cd player came standard in this model. Well it doesn’t and they don’t back their advertisement. They had the vin numbers screwed up. When i got the damaged van back and i delivered it to the new owners 2 Hrs away we realized they broke the door but they said it could have been because of the age (5 yrs old). Took them weeks to fix this as well but they did give a loaner. Told us would give 2 yr extended warranty for the troubles. But then said, no way, just 2 free oil changes. Cost me more then this is worth. Should have gone to the other dealer. When i was car shopping they called me 3xs a day. After when they did the damage they dont want to be bothered. Stay away
After keeping my truck 2 weeks longer than they were suppose to, the owner lying to us over and over (He's waited on parts for over a week, then he told us that he got the parts in one day, being told it would be finished next Thursday, then next Thursday, next Monday or Tuesday, then they called and said it's done on Tuesday but still running rough like when i brought it There, was told i needed a ecm (which i purchased a used one and brought to them, they later said it didn't work and that mine was just a wiring problem down by the transfer case that they found and fixed....AFTER the engine was back in?!?!) They supposedly spent all day on Tuesday going over everything (i was in the parking lot for over an hour and no one was near my truck), finally on Wednesday they said it's done. After i picked it up the service engine soon light came on about 20 miles later, the air doesn't work due to them ripping out and breaking a connector (prior to bringing my truck to these ripoffs, the air was PERFECT), the crankshaft sensor connector was also ripped out and broke BUT BARELY ZIP TIED BACK TOGETHER (so poorly that the zip tie came off...that's how we found out, it wouldn't start) and it's leaking fluid out of a line near the radiator. We called the owner and explained all of this only for him to say "well didn't They zip tie it?" SO HE KNEW THAT THEY BROKE THE CONNECTOR, ZIP TIED IT AND HE NEVER SAID A WORD TO US ABOUT IT!!! And he told us to call back Monday. I have kids and this guy doesn't care if we get stranded. I Now have to replace over $200 in parts for their carelessness and negligence. They supposedly spent an entire day going over the work they had done but somehow missed the a/c connector that is broke and just hanging there and the leaking fluid?! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!! THEY ARE AS SHADY AS THEY COME!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!! WITH THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I GAVE THEM THIS SHOULDN'T BE HAPPENING!!
Too Bad I couldn't give zero stars.I took my "RUNNING", but oil leaking boat to the Tampa Bay Engine Shop for repairs. Ray at the Tampa Bay Engine Shop told me I should rebuild the engine and it will be $3000.00!. Four weeks later I picked it up and paid $3800'.00 and brought it home to start it up and it wouldn't start'. Ray at Tampa Bay Engine Shop told me to bring it in and he would look at it.Four days later he told me he couldn't fix it and I need to take it to a marine mechanic'. When I asked who was going to take care of the costs he said that its not his responsability since it was running before I picked it up|.Bottom line is it's worse off now and not running after I paid $3800.00Tampa Bay Engine Shop was unable to fix my engine and charged me $3800..00 to break it more
I paid 1896.00 to get my truck fixed. They returned it to me and it did not work. Took it back to them 3 times and they still couldn't properly diagnose. Took truck to Ford dealer. Ford stated Xpress put the same old parts back on my truck when they were suppose to replace with new. Ford quoted me an estimate of $5500.00 to fix. I have been without my truck for 4 months. Suing Xpress auto for the $5500.00 to get my truck fixed.

The salespeople should know all of the features of each vehicle they are selling. Our salesperson told us that the mpg tracker was to let the driver know how many miles the car could travel on the gas that was remaining in the tank but that was not the case at all. After taking the vehicle in to the repair department they explained to me that that was only to let the driver know what the mpg rate is depending on how the car is being driven. (acceleration, speed, etc.) If we had been correctly informed by the salesperson what this blinking light was, there wouldn't have been so much frustration after only owning the vehicle for one day.
