Princeton at Mill Pond

the people working at princeton are extremely fake and deceitful. be aware, people may appear more helpful than they are. problem after problem after problem. no solutions. worst rental experience ever. they do not attempt to help or fix anything once they have gotten you to sign a lease. i have never met such insane people who appear to be so nice and friendly upon first meeting, then such horrible property managers, they were so awful to some tenants they forced an entire building, all 12 units to leave at once when they all could not handle it anymore. it is not worth any of your time or money. there are many better options in the area if you do not want to deal with hassle after hassle. i wish i had left after my first month when i had the change. i urge everyone to stay as far away as possible. there is a reason they have so many open units and special deals running. it should be a major red flag and i sincerely hope that nobody else would make the same mistake i did when i lived in one of their buildings 2 years ago. not to mention how over priced the units are for what you get. nothing has been updated since the 80's when they were built. this is however, the least of their problems. everytime i tried to call with a problem someone would act polite and say it would be taken care of, of course it never was. this is unnaceptable for what you pay to live in their buildings. i am taking the time to write this review in hopes that it will save someone the awful experience i had 2 years ago. for your own sake please look elsewhere if you would like to just live your life without daily issues from your rental property.
