I wouldn't even give them one star if there was another option. I ordered a purse for my wife on Nov. 27, 2017. Today is January 11, 2018 and it has not arrived. According to their site, the item is "en route to the warehouse" and has been for over a month. I paid $15 for delivery which was estimated by their website to be delivered on Dec. 18, 2017. I have inquired (through the website) several times with no response. Don't waste your time or money on this place. It is apparently a SCAM!!!
Yelp is a deceptive business that needs to be shut down. Hopefully by google soon :) Their sales rep called me to advertise my business with them and assured me that she could take a bad review I had down. God I wish I could have recorded that! it would be gold!! Sadly yelp only lets the negative reviews stink up your business and hides your positive reviews..OH LOOK yelp has only two star rating.
Poor reviews filter. I have had 5 legitimate 5 star reviews removed from my small business page and the one star fabricated story is still there. Customer service, when reached, seem to be professional people, though even they themselves have trouble defending their own automated algorithm filter. I was told I would be assigned an account manager after signing up for advertising with them...but I don't! There is an 800 number one can call but no one assigned to me. This means lack of continuity and therefore more time wasted when trying to explain the same thing to different agents. And it simply feels less caring on their part when it's just an 800 number that I call. I truly believe something legally should be done about fabricated reviews. Whether it's Yelp looking into the evidence or examining the objective evidence when it's provided to Yelp.
I looked them up on the BBB and other sites as well after my experience with this company, I have yet to find an overall positive review of this company. To put it mildly this company does not legitimize any complaints made about false reviews, thus they allow the companies to be slandered and in essence the company to lose business. Yelp will place older negative reviews above those of newer positive ones listing an older five year old review suggested over a current positive review, and it seems if you want them to do anything you have to open your wallet or forget it, this seems unfair on many levels, someone should do something about this, this is destroying companies and allowing consumers to get a falsified review about these companies they review, what would it take to legitimize a review if it is negative towards a company, this should really be taken care of, this company has no morals in my opinion

It appears that they are a very corrupt and immoral company. They have proven time and again that they absolutely have no standards, and that there is nothing that they will not stoop too, to protect these very corrupt companies.Rather than having any integrity at all, or being honest, and allowing honest negative reviews online - they constantly remove them. Google does not engage in any of these manipulative or deceptive practices. My Google reviews always stay online. Yelp, on the other hand, constantly removes my reviews for no reason, or most of the other times, moves them to the back pages of the reviews. Don't waste your time with Yelp. Use other websites that won't exploit you.Yelp's behavior is absolutely despicable. Yelp is the worst company ever.

Yelp changes ratings made by real people with a computer program. This practice is dishonest at best
On Oct 5, 2015, in the evening, I created my account, I entered the wrong email address and someone listed inappropriate content on It. I never received a confirmation email from them because it went to the wrong person. I thought it did not get sent to me because they were having technical issues that night. I did not realize I made this mistake until I tried to log into my account the next morning to complete my profile. I called Thumbtack on Oct 6th, 2015, and spoke with a lady named Sarah and explained my issue. She told me that "your account was disabled due to inappropriate content." To make a long story short, it was because I entered the wrong email address. So, she created a new account for me, and Thumbtack disable it again on Oct 13th, 2015. So, I called in on Oct 14th, 2015, and went through hell trying to prove to them that they made a mistake. I even went as far as contacting the guy who posted the inappropriate content and forwarded our email messages to support as proof and still no response. In addition, they wrongfully accused me of having a bad background check, which is a lie. I am a licensed massage therapist; therefore, if my background check was bad, I would not be able to practice in the state of Oregon. I could go on and on about this horrible organization. If you ever make an honest mistake, do not talk to Monica from customer service, Tyler from the integrity team that lacks integrity, or Valen W. the worst manager ever! They all suck except for Sarah who created my new account for me that got disabled. She was the only one who actually understood my situation.
