I've never met Dr. Peabody and as of this morning I can guarantee... I never will. An appointment for Monday 11/27 was confirmed this morning at 8:25 by Shelby from the doctor's office and let me tell you, as a new patient I am shocked by how unprofessionally she treated me. I was unaware of this upcoming eye doctor visit that had be made for me by my wife so asked when the visit was first scheduled and as proof that she wasn't listening to me, Shelby raised her voice and repeated Monday's visit time a second time. I asked again and Shelby sighed with a tone of exasperation and grudgingly retrieved the details. I than asked if she could send me an email to add the office details to my calendar her response was; "I don't do email… this is your only notice". I then asked for the office address and she rambled off the address so fast I had to ask for it again. Hey… may she was having a rough morning. So, I called back and after the third attempt my call was answered by… you guessed it, Shelby. I asked to speak with the office manager and she informed that this person was not available. I then made the request to have the manger return my call and she asked, “What’s this about?” I told her it was concerning my appointment for Monday. This was Shelby’s reply to my request; your giving me “Attitude”. It was at this point that I realized that this office is run by ill trained, uncaring employees that seem to have a distain for their patients.Dr. Peabody… you just lost a family of three as new patients.

Dr Warren was highly recommended to me for cataract surgery. After a thorough examination, he suggested that I see another doctor whose expertise, he felt, would more likely give the best result. I felt he put the success of the procedure for me ahead of his ego. I recommend him for the care of your eyes under routine circumstances.
