VCA York Royalton Animal Hospital

Been going there for years. Love the place, wouldn't think about going anywhere else.

i.e.I took my dog here and was I DISAPPOINTED! First off you have to contend with the Vets personal dogs (2) charging your animal upon entering the clinic, In order to be seen in one of the clinic rooms she blocks one door and receptionist blocks another to avoid her dogs charging in to exam rooms. Quite a fiasco to say the least. Once inside, the Vet proceeds to "sell you anything she thiniks she can convince you of??" Dog needs teeth cleaned, glands need cleaned, allergy testing?, General health products she sells, etc. etc. It was a JOKE! 5 minutes caring for my pet, 10 minutes trying to lure me for another service or product.. My Pet is well cared for; Vet appointments as needed or required for shots etc, well groomed and for the most part has been very healthy. We had to find a new Vet due to re-locating thats why we tried here. I hope to find another Vet who is Caring, Reasonable, truthful and doestn't use tactics to engage Pet owners to have services rendered to their pets that are not really needed or to unneccessarilly ask owners to purchase higher costing supplies to care for their pets just to make a sale. PATHETIC., A local favorite, or highly recommended because

Our Pets have been going to York Road Animal Hospital for over 25 years. They have always had excellantt care. We have to say that our calico cat "Cali" loves everyone there and our "Wendy" who has feline leukemia has had wonderful care and treatment there. We love everyone at York Rd. Animal Hospital. Thank You.

Never had a problem here. I have been going here for 15 years with different kittens and cats. The staff has always been helpful, friendly and informative.
