Get a second opinion prior to allowing these people to work on your car. I saved myself $600 worth of unnecessary work that they want to do. Buyer beware.

Very nice guys, they seem to work well together to provide fast service at a pretty good price. Had a 18.88 oil change with no extra needed items. I hate when other places tell you need this and need that.

Be very careful about having any work done at Enger in North Ridgeville. My family has had all three of our cars serviced there over the past 7 months. The day after our most recent visit (for a simple oil change), my teen-age daughter became stranded out of town with smoke coming out from under the hood of her car. It was discovered that the oil cap was missing. Thankfully the staff at Ashland Enger saved the day, replacing the lost oil, coolant, and degreasing under the hood.

Enger of N. Ridgeville has some careless, if not incompetent technicians working for them. This is not the first stupid mistake they've made either!
