Took both dogs there after people I knew reccomended them. When we brought them home everything seemed fine. The next morning, My 5year old male started bleeding. I looked at the insicion and found the wound open by at least an inch and he was obviously bleeding. I called the number that was in the documents that were brought home. I explained to him what happened. He said there was no vet until tuesday (today is sunday). He reccomended I put a cold ice pak on him and wait until then. I called another animal hospital and they said that no way should that be left open. My husband took him to the vet ER and they found he had a really bad infection and that he was never sutchered up. They only used glue. If you google the glue, it clearly states its for small inscisions only. His incision is at least 4 inches long. They also found that he had a really bad infection. He needed emergency surgery so remove the infection and then they stapled him. This surgery cost us $600 today. They stated that 4Pets completely messed up the whole procedure. Since my dog is older, they said that he just should have been "snipped" not to remove the whole testes. When we brought him home last night, he testes looked like they normally do so we presumed that he was just "snipped". When he was taken to the ER they said that there was no testes in there and it was swollen due to infection. They said he got the infection due to him being glued together. There was no indication that he was actually "sewn" together. They also mentioned that they receive alot of animals with problems after going to 4Pets Clinic. They said it was just a factory style production of fixing animals. All procedures rushed and not done properly.

Followed up with our normal after the second surgery and even that vet said he doesnt understand why 4Pets performed that type of surgery. That surgery is specically for puppies, not adult intact dogs.

So save yourself the money and go to an actual vet.

I went with my mother in-law for her dogs appointment, the vet told her he had given instructions on the first appointment to use a medicated shampoo on her dog. When asked where we could get said shampoo we were told we had to purchase it through them. He never informed us of the price of the shampoo and charged her $40 for a bottle of medicated shampoo. When we got in the car and looked at the receipt we saw the $40 charge for shampoo and went home and checked online and found we could purchase the shampoo on Amazon for $23.95 or on the manufacturer's website for $24.99. I called within an hour of leaving the vet's office to request a refund so we could purchase it at the lower price on Amazon and was told it has to be approved through the owner and they would call us back. Two and a half days later the owner finally called back (after a second message from us) and told us we could not purchase the shampoo online unless we were a vet, we couldn't return the shampoo because it wasn't sealed (it came unsealed, never opened the bottle) then told us if we purchased it on Amazon we would only save $0.50! I went into the office and tired to talk reasonably with them. My mother in-law is in her seventies and recently widowed, they are taking advantage of her! They should have informed her of the cost before charging her such an unreasonable amount! The lady in the office was nice but couldn't do anything for me without approval from the owner, I'm waiting on a return call from the owner! They should at least refund the difference of the cost she could have gotten it for!

Took my cat here to spay and declaw- long story short they mangled my cats paws and she has since lost an entire toe- she has a huge gap on her left paw now. Have already taken her to an emergency hospital and tonight the vet. Really wished I had read all the negative reviews before going to this horrible place. Not worth 'saving' money - I've already spent 700 and who knows how much more. They obviously don't know what they are doing.

Straight up awful. My cat was basically traumatized there after his neutering and I got to see it first hand when I went back in for a check up. I was told my cat was a stage 5 danger to myself and my family and I should consider putting him down. Maybe he was acting like that because the vet for the checkup threw him on the exam table and basically choked him to death trying to exam him then gave up after 1 minuet and left. I didn't pay 90$ for a 1 minuet checkup exam I had questions that were left unanswered, just extremely unprofessional do not recommend it for anyone seriously find another place.
