We have Moxie for our pest control and they are great you have a problem and they will get to your house asap. They came to my house on Wednesday and couldn't do the outside because it was raining so hard was going to call and make another appt. Came home and noticed them in our neighborhood and asked them if they could come and do the outside today. They said sure no problem. Came over and did the outside and the garage again for me. Thanks so much to Jake and Billy very pleasant and helpful. I really appreciate it. You rock Jake and Billy.
Talstar P - did a wonderful job on my home, especially with the spider webs , normally there are always some left behind but he was sure to get them all dewebbed. He was very friendly. He explained what he was doing, how long it would take and was sure to offer return service if needed. I had no issues with this service , it was one of the best I have had in my time as a Moxie customer.
Usually, I won't give any service a rating that low. I am doing this not only because they not only didn't do a good job but also cheated. When their customer service called me last week to renew the contract and schedule a new service, I told them that I wanted to discontinue the contract and service because they failed to address a spider issue for the last service. The customer service person insisted to connect me to the service team although I made it clear that I wanted to discontinue the contract. When connected to the service team, I was told that they could come and take care of the issue the next day. When they came the next day, they couldn't solve the issue (a lot of spiders under the roof) because they couldn't reach that high (~25 feet). However, they offered to treat the lower spots. From the very beginning to the end, no one mentioned to me that it was an new service. When they asked me to sign a paper at the end, I assumed it was a document for retreatment as before (stupidly enough) and didn't pay attention to the content. Then when I called Hometeam customer service again, I was told that I had a $98.40 pending charge because they just provided a new quarterly service. I can't believe that they did that. If they think that they keep a customer like that, they are completely wrong. I am discontinue the service whatever.
Brad was very professional and thorough as well as very personable. He answered all my husband's questions quite satisfactorily and was so helpful for two elderly people.

We had Brad come out this evening and I have to say that he is the BEST technician that has been since we got this service. He explained and showed me exactly where and why we have kept having ant problems! I hope Brad can be our technician EVERY time we get service! Brad was knowledgeable about the products and explained everything about the service and what to expect. He answered all my questions and concerns and was very easy to talk to. He was very professional and thorough. I would like Brad to be the technician to complete our quarterly service every time!
