I'm sorry that you had a bad situation occur at Foxy tattoos..... We have since hired an entirely new staff and taken all the steps to ensure quality work in a clean and stable workplace . The shop is now under new management and is taking off in all positive aspects. I am aware of the situation this lady is speaking of, Mind you no one can convince another to place something upon the body that they don't wish to have... Due to the fact and circumstance that occurred at this place of business I offer a very sincere apology on behalf of the work done by artists that are no longer here.. please feel free to contact my staff or me personally for a resolution to this persisting issue.

This company made my move to NC so easy. I was really stressed about relocating especially since I never had been to Raleigh area. They were friendly and really went out of their way for me. In fact they were the only company that would call me back to view properties before I arrived in town. Once I moved in the process continued seamlessly. Although I do find myself to be responsible and a good renter. I have never had a problem and don't expect to. I actually just referred a friend who has a house that she needs management for. She has told me her experience so far has been just as great. I'm releived I found this company.
I started out with a small tattoo done by a place in Durham many years ago. Chad has been doing my tattoos ever since and even before opening up in Raleigh. I consistently tell people that if they want real art and not something out of a stack of books that someone else will likely have then they should see Chad. My stuff is all custom with just my ideas but his artistic magic. This is the place to get real artwork done that you won't regret! AND bleeding/healing was better with my bigger tattoos than with my original little one! I can't say enough good things about Chad and Studio625Tatu!
I have had rental properties for almost 37 years and Talis is, without a doubt, the BEST management company I have ever had. And SO much easier than doing it myself. They have been friendly and responsive to both my needs and the needs of my (our) tenants. They are well organized and tend to things in a timely manner. They take pride in what they do and how they do it -- and it shows. Everyone has been most helpful in giving me tips regarding my interactions with management companies that I have in other areas. I just wish they could handle all my properties.
I am a homeowner in a community managed by Talis and their attention to detail has been a blessing. Before buying property in an HOA managed community, I heard a lot of horror stories from friends who were managed by other companies about paying a ton of money for a lot of nothing. Talis is a large company but never makes you feel that way as a customer, I have always received attentive and polite service and I appreciate them staying on top of tenants with the sanitation standards of Boo Radley. I would like to compliment Talis for the courteous and attentive manner in which they handled my request. They left me a professional voicemail, "walking me through" the steps on the website, to acquire Restrictive Covenants, but also said I can feel free to call or email if I wasn't successful. I sent an email and had a response from them, with the attachment, within a couple of hours. It's wonderful to have such a professional and quick response!
I've lived here 15 yrs. and have never experienced issues with communication from the HOA board. The quarterly newsletters are an informative means of communication. Every time I've had a neighborhood question or concern I've contacted Megan at Talis and she has ALWAYS provided superb customer service on behalf of the board. I appreciate the many volunteer board members over the last 15yrs for giving so much of their time to this community.
I am not one to do this often, but when I receive exceptional service, I think it should be noted. I was needing some help today with HOA covenants and such, and Chelsea proved more then helpful. She took the time to sit with me, talk me through some things and help me understand what I needed to do to resolve what was going on. You have a very STRONG employee in her!! I hope you will know how invaluable she is to you and Talis Management.
