I went there for a gas igniter for my Goodman furnace. I brought in the broken part and I had also found the part on Amazon for $14. They had the part but said they wanted $50 for it. I said how about $20. They then said $28. I said sorry and left the store. I bought it from Amazon for $14 (which included shipping).I was willing to pay a little more to get it that day, but not double. I think if you are willing to pay their prices and need the part the same day, they have some a lot of things in their shop.

The technician was able to assist with the problem; however, he did not arrive in the four hour window which was scheduled and proceeded to tell me that it was my fault because I selected the busiest time of day. Additionally, he did not reassemble my freezer appropriately and it has lost some functionality which requires a new appt. The service dept is not able to prioritize such appts and will not have a fully functional freezer for another two week.
I had a very easy experience. The technician arrived and knew the problem right away. We had to order a part that was delivered to my home and another technician came back to install. And he discounted me the fee. Both were friendly and efficient.
The repairman didn't even try an diagnose the causes of the problem. He disconnected a wire connection, plugged them back in and called it good. 24 hrs later we had the same error. I have to take another day off of work so they can come back and fix the problem the right way and pay the $79 diagnostic fee again
The repairman left the old parts to my dishwasher in my hallway big ol parts that require someone to call a junk man. Just left it there.
Very Experienced Technician. Was very good at diagnosing the problem with my washing machine and fixing it. He happened to carry the part needed to repair my washer on his truck so the repair was done on one call and in a very efficient way. Thanks for a job well done.
Repairman knew exactly what was wrong and promptly replaced the broken parts. He was fast and efficient. There was no charge because I have the Sears service agreement.

HORRIBLE to deal with! Rude, obnoxious, condescending and not truthful!When I called to verify price and availability of an appliance part, I was quoted $95 and told it was available. When I got to the store to pick it up, they stated that they looked up the wrong part and (oops) the actual part I needed was $350 and it was NOT available...they had to order it! There was no misunderstanding when I called to get the quote but they made sure I walked into their store! Not even a sincere apology for the "misunderstanding". TOM
I have used Airmakers for since 2001. They have always have given me good service in the past. I had an issue recently, but they resolved it to my satisfaction. Regards.
