Rude dispatcher, refused to discount a steam that backed up two days later. When there are feces and water in your basement, the last thing you want is to pay twice for a service. Go elsewhere!

I do not reccoment this business. With so many local companies to choose from, Fairbanks consumers have a choice of how and where to spend our money. This company has historically rude and offensive dispatchers. Ignorance is no excuse for poor customer service. Sadly, the service at the office level is apparently not an issue to the company as the crude language, rude attitudes and general lack of service is allowed. I have decided to spend my money with a company that appreciates my business.

After using this business a few times, I am continually amazed by the lack of customer service demonstrated by the dispatcher. She has hung up me, used crude language and not allowed me to speak to her manage/supervisor. Supporting local business is important; however, this is a competitive market. Two years ago, I vowed to never use Bigfoot again because of this individual. Unfortunately, that choice was recently taken out of my hands, and I was dismayed to find the same issues that I had encountered before. My recommendation is to never, ever use Bigfoot Pumping and Thawing.

Bad Customer Service

Bigfoot Pumping was called twice in 3 months to thaw my rental property. During the second service call I was informed there was an outstanding balance from the previous call. They claimed to have partially thawed the home when I was not available to meet the service people. I was not notified at the time of the service and the 2 people I spoke with concerning the $150 dollar charge (in addition to the $320 paid at the time of the actual service) were rude and could not offer any other information except, ""the service was done"". Very dissatisfied with the office staff. This company's only redeeming quality is their service people. Unfortunately, I will never utilize them again.

Horrible business

They came out 2 weeks after I called, and it had snowed between the time I called and the time they finally came out. I understand it's a busy time of year. They also charged me an extra $100 for using 3 sets of chains. I have water trucks and fuel trucks come up all year and they don't seem to have any problems. When I called to tell them I was annoyed, the woman who answered didn't care in the least. She was rude. I will not use them ever again. Horrible business and customer service.

Excellent Plumers

They came to my house last April to steam my sewer pipes, The two men that arrived were nice, clean (for plumbers), explained everything they were doing, gave me lots of tips on how to keep my sewer running effectivly, and the best part was they cleaned up any mess they made!
