this store is a joke. I recommend anyone shopping for furniture to go elsewhere unless you enjoy being harassed constantly. We rented from this business for almost 2 years. They have a manager there named Nina and she is completely unprofessional. She does business by trying to intimidate and humiliate people. She tells you one amount that needs paid at the time it comes due and then when you go into the store to pay she tells you that's not the correct amount and you need to pay more. I'm taking $40 to $60 more than your payment agreement. Then the next day after you pay they call you telling you that you didn't pay and that you need to come in and pay or their going to come take your stuff. I had to go out and get my kids out when it was in the negatives to prove to them that I had paid. That store needs to be shut down permanently. I have nothing nicer to say about Rent a Center as they are just as bad and I think they are so desperate to hire someone they hire random jerks off the street with no sense of proper customer service. This woman wouldn't know customer service if it stood up and slapped her across the face. Do not rent from them. Oh and also I had to block their 800 number also because they have an automated message call all hours of the day and night to harass about calling the local Aaron's store. They are absolutely ridiculous. They should be ashamed to call themselves a business.
