Great personalized service from the start to the finish. I had my sons repaired here this month and they dealt with the whole process from the tow and the rental car, all the way through to the insurance and repairs. On January 2nd I was involved in a major collision when a tractor trailer rear ended my 2013 Ford F-150. Luckily neither myself nor the truck driver were injured. A driver from Craig's happened to be pumping gas at the Wawa at the intersection of Tyson and the Blvd where the accident occurred. He immediately came over and offered first aid and phoned the authorities. After the police came I phoned my insurance company (Erie) and mentioned Craig's. The person handling my claim said Erie does not have a contract with Craig's but they are on their list of reputable independent shops in the area. After that recommendation and the gentleman from Craig's kind and courteous service I went with them. Wow I just picked up my truck today and boy did they go beyond the call of duty for me. After the accident they arranged a rental truck for me and handled everything from there. I received updates every 3-5 days on the status of my truck. The job was not small the total damage came out to $13,567. 27 days later they were actually ahead of schedule by 2 days! The repairs were flawless so far but I will update. Jerry the owner even stayed an hour late for me to pick up my truck at 6:30 (they close at 5:30). I would like to thank Jerry, Ashley, Lucille, the tow guy who's name I can't recall, and the rest of the team at Craig's for doing everything possible to make the process as easy as possible, you are true craftsmen!
A stone cheat!!!. Went to complain for fuel pump installation. Car does not work. Called Freddy. He tells me he is .vbusy. He won't fix or pick up the car. He nickels and dimes you for everything and can't do the work. Trying to get my money back. Don't use this company
Went there to get an estimate on some work needed on my car. Got a run around and more problems added to my initial short list. You also have to worry about the owners daughter who thinks shes entitled or knows anything about cars being an arrogant b***h as well. Will never go here again. BEWARE
Unfortunately I was involved in a wreck about a month ago with a septa bus while visiting friends in south Philadelphia. The bus took out the entire side of my brand new Ford Explorer that I bought in June. At that point my first thought was to take it to the dealer. Upon recommendation from a friend that was in a wrecker earlier in the summer I called Dan at Craig's to come get it. While loading the car Dan explained to me the entire claims process and I was sold on using his family's shop. I rode shotgun with him to the shop in probably the cleanest truck I've ever seen. The shop is in the northeast so it was closer to me anyway. When I arrived I was greeted by Ashely, Elizabeth, and Jerry. I was very impressed by how the shop is entirely family ran, very rare these days. Setting up the claim was a breeze with Ashely and Elizabeth guiding me. They called enterprise to take me to the local office and I was on my way, great! It's been a month now and I just picked up my car and it looks amazing! I requested to see my old parts (doors and fenders), Jerry was happy to show me what was replaced and receipts for factory parts. I've never had such and honest experience dealing with a mechanic or anything car related. After being explained how the repair process went I can understand how it took a month. The Craigs crew are true craftsmen and I can't thank them enough! No way would I have gotten that kind of service at a dealer! Even better Jerry and Dan both gave me their cell numbers in case I have any issues in the future. What service!
