SO I WITNESSED A DRIVER ON 10/17/17 DRIVING ON 34TH AND CHESTNUT WITH PASSENGERS ON A SCHOOL BUS LOOKING DOWN AT HIS PHONE WITH HIS ELBOWS ON THE STEERING WHEEL WHILE WITHIN A GREAT AMOUNT OF TRAFFIC AT A DECENT RATE OF SPEED. WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY NUMBER JUST AS MENTIONED IN THE OTHER REVIEW HERE THE OWNER WAS RUDE, SHE ANSWERED THE PHONE BY JUST SAYING "HELLO" NO COMPANY NAME, HOW CAN I HELP YOU OR ANYTHING. SHE STATED KIDS WOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN IN SCHOOL SO THEY MUST BE HIS KIDS.....DOES IT MATTER???? HE IS REPRESENTING YOUR COMPANY!!!!! IF HE ISNT SAFE WITH HIS KIDS, HOW SAFE IS HE WITH OTHER PARENTS KIDS???JUST IN CASE SOMEONE WHO CARES ABOUT THE COMPANY READS THIS THE APPROPRIATE RESPONSE SHOULD HAVE BEEN " CAN YOU GIVE ME THE BUS NUMBER? EXACT LOCATION, TIME, DESCRIPTION OF DRIVER ETC AND I WILL ADDRESS THE SITUATION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, THANKS FOR THE CALL , WE TAKE PRIDE IN SAFETY AND THE SERVICES WE PROVIDE"
Used K and H for our preschool class trip today. We were supposed to be picked up from our trip at 12:30. When the bus didn't arrive at 12:30, I called the owner, Karen and she was extremely rude screaming at me that she was late and it "wasn't her fault"She said she would be there in 10-15 minutes. After 22 minutes I called back, she screamed at me again and said "it wasn't her fault" and hung up on me. When she finally arrived, over 30 minutes late, she screamed at me again when I asked how she was going to make up for the inconvenience to our parents. She said she wasn't doing anything since it "wasn't her fault". I explained to her that since she is the owner it was her duty to keep our contract. She then proceeded to drive recklessly with 17 children, age 4 and 5. At one point, one of the parents had to ask her to calm down and drive carefully. Completely unprofessional and unsafe!
