Sears tech was onsite once to determine parts needed. Parts were shipped; one was wrong (color) but we didn't know it until tech returned and opened the box. We could have opened it before he got there but then it would have been our liability for anything missing. Then he didn't know how to change another part which was complex (ice/water dispenser lever). He called a dispatcher who agreed with him and had no obvious fix. So the tech did a partial fix which should work for a few years. But the result was that of the 3 items to be replaced, only 1 item was replaced completely. These more complex foreign made LG fridges (vs Whirlpools usually made in USA) are a pain to work on; techs need more training on them.
I had Waited for a month for Service to occur.
Wrong diagnosis and parts ordered.
When we thought that finally the Furnace problem was fixed, it lasted only Half of a DAY!
Rescheduled the service only to be put on a waiting list for another SIX DAYS!
You tell me what kind of Service and Satisfaction did I get!?
