Le Grand Orchid Nails

This is a beautiful place by looking at it, I cannot remember the nail techs name who did my nails. I went in for a fill and gel polish. My nails look like crap and my pink polish is turning brown. I don't want to go back because I don't want my nails to look even worse. I will never go back here. I was told one price and charged another. I'm sorry almost $65 for a fill and polish is ridiculous.

Everything was going great until checkout. The two gentlemen that did both my cousins and my nails told us that the relaxation scents that they put on your legs came with the pedicure. It's my cousins wedding on Saturday. So I called this place ahead of time with a price of 70$ in mind. Anything more than that is ridiculous. Long story short, they lied and it was a scam. Don't listen to them when they say it's included. The manager didn't even listen to us when we tried to explain what happened and walked away during the middle of our conversation because she was not going to consider that we the customers are always right. I have worked in the serving field for most of my life. I would never make a customer unhappy so they would go on here and write a bad review. Very unprofessional and we will never go back. I had to leave a poor tip because the bill was 20 bucks higher than what we were told it would be. Maybe after they read this review, they will reconsider how they treat their costumers and point to the prices and double check before assuming people who are new to the place to know that it was extra!!

Chris did my nails. Barely said two words to me.

At checkout, the owner was EXTREMELY rude to one of her workers as she kicked her off the cash register and stepped in to cash us out. She started badmouthing her employee to me and my friends.

After paying her she said "Ok go home now. Bye bye".

That's not the end folks, the next morning I would up to 7 of my nails being chipped. I paid $6 extra to get french tip and they chipped within a 12 hour period of time! I called and she said she would handle it ON MY LUNCH BREAK. She came to the counter telling me that she would have to charge me to fix them! She said there was nothing she could do because they weren't "under warranty". She made me come to the salon just to tell me she she could "fix" it but she would have to charge me for the service! She has lost my business and the business of my friends and hopefully yours as well because no one deserves that kind of treatment!

Horrible experience and horrible customer service. My friend booked 5 appointments a week and a half early so we expected to have great service. They were short staffed and overbooked so 2 out of the group sat for 1 hr till we were served. When I finally got served the lady literally scrubbed skin off of my big toe and the heel when trying to get calluses off. The next day when I went to put my tennis shoes on I noticed the scab and redness. She also missed painting my pinky toe nail. We got the herbal combo so when it was time for my manicure I had to remind her to do the scrub. Within 2 days my nails were chipping and I hadn't even done anything to them. After a couple days the cut hadn't gotten any better so I went back to the salon and asked them what they would do to help me. They pretty much said it was my fault for being young and having fair skin and that sometimes the callus remover can be strong but just to clean it and keep checking. I didn't need any education on how to clean a cut but expected a refund for a crappy job. I will NOT be going back here and will make sure to tell my family and friends of the horrible business.

I tried this salon twice, the salon itself is nice and they have a large selection of gel polish. My main issue is with the gel manicure. Both times it was done poorly, too thick, polish didn't completely cover the nail, and the designs that I paid extra for were very sloppy. Overall I felt rushed and that the quality of service was not equivalent to the price.

I love this nail spa! Their service is beyond excellent! Very attentive and wonderful products and employees. If you really want to pamper yourself, head to Le Grand Orchid Nails & Spa!

I love coming here. The mani-pedi is the best around. I brought my sisters and we had a great time.

I went into Me Grand Orchid the first week it opened. Bought acrylics and a spa pedicure. Pedicure was the best I've ever had. The manager did my acrylics and they were beautifully done. I will no longer go to Anthony Vince since going to this nail & spa!
