My family and I have used carolina resorts for several years without any problems until this year. They lost my payment and I provided proof the payment was recieved but to no avail. I was double charged and had no choice but to pay again as my family and I were due to arrive the following weekend. They did nothing to try to remedy the situation other than repeat they needed proof from my bank the payment had posted which I had provided several times. I am very disappointed in how they treat their loyal customers and we will NEVER use this company again. With all the competition for vacation business I am sure we can find a company that values their customers and will what is needed to remedy the situation.
I think the staff is really good here as we have dealt with them several times. We would definitely rent another condo through them in the future. We will not rent their condo at Beach Cove, unit 1511 again though. The condo is a one bedroom, one bath which was perfect for the my husband and myself. While we have enjoyed the Beach Cove facility the condo is very very dated in need of a serious updating. If you have allergy issues avoid this unit as they have a serious mold issue in the bedroom with a big mold stain and mold spreading in random spots across the wall behind the beds. The unit also has a bad smell and just did not feel clean. We had made a comment about the wall paper sagging last time we were there and I noticed that the wall paper had been stapled to the wall just under the ceiling. That was seriously tacky. I am sure that Carolina Resorts Reality has many other lovely places to stay and I know the staff will do a gat job for you but avoid 1511 Beach Cove Resorts like the plague.
