        Overall

        They came to my house, dug a hole in the back yard to access sump pump. Plumber said the he needed to come back the next day with help. Told me not to use washer/dryer or baths. No show the next day, I called them to see where they were. Their response was "They don't work on sump pumps and I needed to call Elvis Services." Now I am left with a large hole in the back yard. I wouldn't recommend them to hook up a garden hose. Irresponsible, incompetent and lazy.
