Mike totaled my boyfriends car & used my boyfriends insurance!
My boyfriend had been struggling for years to take care of his disabled girlfriend.He had a TIA which disrupted jobs.when he finally got back on track, his car was smashed,axle snapped,wheels almost popped off.my boyfriends paying lyft using half his pay.He can't get me to spespecialists,food shopping or see my soon to be mother in law who is bed ridden in a nursing home. He has no means to take emergency action w his 2 disabled loves.We brought his car in for brake service. Later that day Mike called & said he had been in an accident while road testing the car!I got in touch with witnesses & the person he hit.The victim said that Mike impersonated a cop!Others say he was on phone,hardly stopping as if he wasn't paying attention.He had the car towed to his shop,without asking,& immediately had it on a lift. The accident happened by a convenient store.we're almost positive he was using it for his own personal enjoyment.We say that bc he said he put old breaks back on to test drive the car??& the location doesn't add up to a place where you would test drive a car.Also,we said to make the car safe.That being said,the car wasn't ready to be driven.My boyfriend filed a claim with his insurance who still can't verify Miguel's insurance.We asked him repeatedly about a rental & nothing.We should've had a loaner that day.Mike acts as if he's done nothing wrong.Miguel(which isn't the name on the business card)is the only one that says he was backed into.He said the guy looked like a drug addict & ran into his house to drop off a bag.The man that was hit doesnt live local!Mike was trying to make the car look better,so I took the keys.He has not even offered to refund the $150 that my boyfriend paid him to buy the parts.Several people say they used the shop & got taken advantage of.many have said he's a drug addict & gets high at work!
