You will only get back these wonderful traits if you go to them with the same honesty that they give you. Not all therapists work the same you have to look for the ones that work for you but one thing I will tell you if they will be honest with who you are. And sometimes we don't want to hear that one of the biggest steps I took was to accept what I had become. They gave me the tools to fix my life my marriage and my business. I am so grateful to have found these people to help me achieve what I have they are great listeners and they don't judge you are your worst judge I would recommend this practice to my family and my friends without any Reserves they are truly there to help.
