I came in to get an estimate to repair my damages. They made me feel right at home. It was already a devastating time due to the accident but they helped me get everything in order and made this process one of the easiest ever. My car came out perfect and they even washed and shined it before I picked it up. I would recommend them to anyone who needs car repair. I am forever grateful for Heat Collision!!!!!!!!

I am completely satisfied with the service at Heat Collision. I had an accident and a friend told me about the shop and referred me. At first I was a bit skeptical because I had had previous incidents and had been fooled quite a few times by other shops. When I arrived at Heat Collision I was instantly greeted by two young ladies. One receptionist named Michella and a Claims rep named Crystal. They were very warm and inviting. They told me what to expect more or less and reassured me that I was in good hands. I signed up to have my vehicle repaired and to my amazement repairs were finished in the time frame promised and my car looked like it had came straight out of a dealer. It was impeccable!! Lily, Ulysses, and Paul which are the management team were also very helpful and extremely professional. I would highly recommend this shop. I am now proudly driving my 2010 Dodge Challenger with such joy once again .Thank you Heat!! -Felicia D

I was promised my car would be ready in 2 weeks. It has been over 7. I had to extend my lease agreement. My rental insurance ended over 2 weeks ago. The owner has yet to return my calls. The front desk & account manager both said they have no idea when the back ordered part will be coming in. Not sure where this will end. I will call again today! Do yourself a favor go with a company your insurance approves!

My friend recommended me to Heat Collision after he heard that my brand new car was damaged by a valet service, so I called and spoke to the receptionist who was so nice and told me to bring in my car that day. I took my car there at 5 on a Monday, sat with their claim specialist, who was awesome by the way, they set up my claim, had Enterprise drop me off a rental, kept me up with updates all week and by Friday I was able to pick up my car!



Everyone there was so sweet and nice, and being that I am a single mom I felt that they understood my situation and took great care of me! My car looks great and i was very happy with The HEAT COLLISION staff and service!

Five star service, everyone was really great and nice, service was very efficient and my car was repaired in a matter of days after the accident , As well as the pricing they are very reasonable thanks once again , I will be back in the future :)

Everyone there was really nice and efficient! I called them after midnight from an accident and they ANSWERED, sent a tow truck and within 2 weeks I got my car back!

If you have ever been in a car accident and had to take your car to a body shop, then you know that its always a mission, waiting on the adjusters, the insurance companies, getting a rental, waiting for your car to be fixed ASAP, and dealing with people giving you the run around...right? Well, my experience at Heat Collision was totally opposite! Everyone there was very nice, considerate and accommodating! They explained everything to me in detail and not only does my car look brand new again, its working fantastic! I highly recommend them to everyone!

I really don't know what these other people are talking about. I on the other hand had great service. I got into a real bad car accident, October of last year. I had a business card from heat collision and decided to take my car there. I was a little skeptical at first, however they did a wonderful job on my car. They were all very helpful. The owners took time from their busy schedule to explain things to me about insurance I did not know... I definitely can not complain. I have recommened them to everyone I know. They are professionals and honest.
