When you are in line before 3 pm and the excuse you give because you can't do a drug screen is "our computers shut down at 3"! Why wouldn't you ask the people who drove through the ridiculous traffic to get there on time what they are in line for; but no you are going as slow as possible with the little lady ahead of us! Seriously the most unprofessional place I've ever been to! Then you make a rude comment in front of the few people there about how "we don't understand"! Lady I'm an amazing Nurse that takes pride in being kind and helpful... you definitely don't fit in that postion!

I have two little girls, an infant and a toddler that needed blood work. As soon as we got to LabCorp in the North Miami location the girls weren't greeted by the staff they just asked me to place them in my lap and two nurses went straight to hold the baby and put the needle of course my little girl freaked out and started crying so I asked to let her go to try to calm her down, they did not try to make her feel comfortable, nor play with her nothing.. The staff had no idea how to deal with little kids, the receptionist was annoyed by the noise that came and close the door and said that the girls were making too much noise. A different nurse came because the other couldn't do it. When they started again my daughter was so scared that she cried, she kicked and they kept pocking her with needle over and over again in both arm they torture her so much.. I didn't leave because she was going to be scared if I took her somewhere else (what a mistake I should of got them out of there but I didn't want to put them thru the same thing again), now is the turn for the infant and the same thing happened.. I tried to talk to the manager to complaint about the lack of training to see kids at this location and she said that it was her lunch time, that she was going to eat... This location should not see kids!!! Pediatrics are not easy and this location is not prepared for such delicate job.. Don't put babies and parents thru hell by offering service to little ones, Labcorp in North Miami just can not do that job.

The door entering leading dire...

The door entering leading directly into the waiting area for the lab is dirty. It does not give you a secure feeling that you are in a clean environment for a medical facilty.

I have bad veins and expect problems. I have never had this many sticks by one tech. The first tech stuck me 4 times, got some blood, however, it was not enough. She turned me over to another venipuncturist. That tech stuck me twice.and finally was able to get the required amount. She said that I was a sport about it and I told her that I did not want to come back there, that is why I let them stick my hand and arm a total f 6 times. Needless to say I was not impressed by the facility.
