Excellent experience. Joe was very knowledgeable, helpful, and accessible. He conducted an appraisal of an eight-unit apartment building. Shortly after the appraisal, we received the appraisal report which was exactly as required by our insurance company. Great work, no drama!

The service was excellent. They got the report to me quickly. and it was detailed.

They came to do an appraisal of an apartment that we wanted to buy. The service was super quick and they took care of everything. The results were not as we expected, we think it was because of the comparables that the appraisor used did not match the same criteria of the apartment that we were trying to buy. Also the appraisal did not show 2 extra spaces that should have been included as part of the apartment. The service was very good and quick, but not 100% accurate. A week after the bank did it's own appraisal and the result was for $12k more than the price in the appraisal report from this company.
