Took my truck in for service on saturday and had the pleasure of meeting with Julio in the service department outstand individual took care of me with professionalism keep me notified on what was going on with my vehicle and how long it would take, that type of service is hard to find. He an excellent example of how customer service should be done.
Do not buy a car from here!
I bought my dream car from this dealership a few months ago brand-new.
so far I have been stolen from, mistreated, mislead, ignored and lied to,
told that the reason the metal part on my brand-new seat in my brand-new car was rusted after only a few days of taking it from the show room floor was because I live in Miami.
I have gone back five times and still have not received everything that was meant to have come with the car.
Two tanks of gas wasted, over 20 hours of my life wasted waiting for things to be replaced and things that were meant to come with the car given to me but never were and still haven't been.
Told I have to come back again... months later and a few more trips I still have nothing fixed or given to me.
I'm not over exaggerating here but I have called the GM about 15 Times, all in which I have left multiple messages and my return number - I have still not been called back.
The customer service is absolutely disgusting and that's an understatement!
I 100% regret ever stepping foot into this thieving, lying so called dealership!
YOU MUST BE JOKING" was my response when finding out Louis Morici sold my car to somebody else. I gave a $1000 CASH deposit on a van after agreeing to their price which was posted right on the internet. They agreed to repair the middle row captain's chair that would not fold down. Louis said it would be ready that Friday (19th). Nothing Friday, Saturday and Sunday so on Monday I asked when it would be ready. Well on Wednesday (24th) my salesman left this text message quoted EXACTLY word for word- "Hey Man. We're processing your check back to give it to you your refund. The stow and go seat was more of a repair than we expected. Louis had another customer on it that didn't mind certain things that were wrong and sold it. I do apologize for all the inconvenience. The check should be processed by Friday to pick up your $1000 refund”. On top of refund check it actually says, "Refund of deposit- we sold vehicle to another customer" NO, I DID NOT MAKE THIS STORY UP ! You've been warned.
The entire team went above and beyond to find a great deal that would meet my needs. Mitch gave me several options and was happy to discuss all of the options and features available. I had a previous experience that was less than desierable and made reluctant to stay with Jeep. after being referred by a friend I will happily stay with Jeep and faithfully return to aventura Jeep. many thanks to
