The reception staff is wonderful! They make it a point to memorize patients' names, offer coffee and snacks and they are in summary, a bunch of social butterflies.The medical services are detrimental to the medical industry and patients. These bunch of controlling freaks resist providing medically needy patients with referrals to go to outside specialists when theirs cannot provide services. Not to mention, they lose records, prescriptions and it's a challenge to deal with them. They should be audited and reviewed by the AMA and Dept. of Financial Services. Star rating? If I don't give this bunch of quacks at least one star, this does not get posted. Star??? I don't think so - not in this galaxy.
