We had a dinner reservation for my birthday at this restaurant through OpenTable. 02/15/2015 at 8:30 pm. It was an empty dining room when we arrived, and floor rubber mats were partially rolled up. Only one table outside was taken. We were seated outside and assured that restaurant is open and ready to serve us. The waiter was very nice, he informed us that restaurant is out of raw oysters, everything else is in stock. Nothing that we ordered was available. We had to changed our order twice. The green salad arrived had only lettuce and eggs in it. No mixed greens, no onions, no avocado listed in the menu. The manager Chris start yelling and cursing using F* word . We left and had perfect dinner at the Sea Grill restaurant next door. We did not call police only because that was my birthday and we did not want to ruin it. Very poor management. Very limited chefs/cooks skills. Unacceptable behavior.Its a shame people in this venue don't understand that they are the face of the company. Very bad and ugly face. Why does a simple request to make something right turn into an issue? Why do simple service requests turn nasty? Looking back, I am happy we had to leave this place. It went from being the worst customer service experience ever to one of the best in the fine restaurant next door. With all the choices out there, would I choose this restaurant again? Never.
