What happened to Maumelle Walmart?? It used to be a really friendly nice place to shop at- but now it just seems like it's all grumpy angry people. Is it under new management?
This store is not open 24 hr. Like rest.I LIVE JUST ACROSS WAY FROM THIS STOREAND WITH YOUNG ONE. SOME TIME I NEED THING I CANT OR I HAVE DRIVE ALWAY IN TO SHERWOOD BECOUSE THIS STORE IS CLOSE AFTER 11 AT NIGHT.
Standing in line on Friday with 2 tellers working and 10 people in line. What could be worse ? 12 ??
This is one of the worst Walmart I have ever shop at. The customer service is horrible, you can never get anyone to answer the phone, most of time you can never find help in the store, there is never enough cashiers when you need them, the isles are never stocked, this Walmart seems to never have new items In the store to buy from. Never a huge selection rather than the junk the sell. If you order online it always takes them forever to put it for you and get it ready. I have been on the phone on hold for over 49 waiting to just talk to someone about my order that was suppose to be ready at 6 pm and it's after 8pm and still no order or a live person to talk too. Ugh!! Now I know why most customers shop at Target instead!!! I didn't even want to give it a whole star but it wouldn't let me but a half star on it! This is giving this store too much credit for one star!! So if your looking for quality merchandise and quality service please find another store to shop in bc you will be very Disappointed!! The only good thing at this store is Brother Willy!! He is the best! I give him 5 stars ever time! Keep up the great work Willy.
I am so irritated with Walmart's pricing system because the shelves will have one price and then the register has something different. For instance I bet no one has ever noticed that you pay a whole 10 cent more for great value bread and buns. Also, for great value apple juice, you pay 2.48 when the sign clearly has 1.98. This has been going on for almost 2 months and I have asked the cashiers to have someone fix the problem and as of today NOTHING has changed. I am tired of telling the cashiers that the price is wrong and they look at me as if I am telling a lie. This is so annoying!!!!
Today, January 24, 2013 at Approx 10:45am I stepped in to fax off some paper work (I'm not an account holder, my husband is) and I was rudely and loudly confronted by the Branch Manager there, "Bob". He asked if I had an account and I responded that I did not but my husband and all of his family did. He asked where my account was and I replied, "Arvest" He then began to slander and bash said bank getting louder and more rude. He then asked what I was faxing and when I told him they were documents for a home loan he then inquired as to where the loan was from. Upon finding out the loan was not from US Bank he then began to ask personal questions as to what loan rate we had qualified for, what type of loan it was, ect. I was upset and shocked to be receiving this kind of behavior from a BRANCH MANAGER but I answered his questions anyway. Upon receiving these answers he became mad and said they would go ahead and fax the info but asked that the teller taking care of the fax "only make sure that part of those papers go through" I used to work for a bank and I KNOW this is NOT how you treat customers, potential customers, or ANYONE you come in contact with. His behavior was BEYOND rude and appalling, extremely unprofessional and very offensive. His name is "Bob" and he is the Branch Manager at US Bank, North Little Rock Arkansas on JFK Blvd. I asked the tellers present for the name and number of the Regional Manager for this area so I could call and inform him of my experience. (His name is Michael Richardson) Upon calling the number they gave me, I found out it was disconnected and no longer in service. Go figure. Bogus number on purpose? I think so after reading what everyone else has to say about this bank. After recounting this experience to my husband, he is removing all accounts from US Bank and his entire family who have been account holders for 20 years are also removing their accounts.
So happy to see the Walmart Supercenter opening tomorrow...Everything looks great friendly staff. Can't wait to shop there often for my vision care, great choices of meats, deli items, homemade breads and a state of the art pharmacy.. Glad its back.
