I went to this Verizon store as my first time to get my phone to activate. I waited patiently for over 2 and half hours just for the representative, with the name tag "Z" on it told me I had to go apple. Nothing else he could do. Everything he did I already did the night before. Now I am driving an hour out of my way to go to the nearest apple store to maybe fix it. Thanks a lot. You guys are sure the best carrier....
Well, I'm not sure where all of the previous reviews came from. They were very polite, the store manager came up shook my hand when he introduced himself. He and the employee assisting me went great lengths to resolve my issue and I didn't even buy the phone from that store. On another note there was an elderly gentlemen in the store while I was there. From what I overheard he was with AT&T and AT&T wouldn't help him fix his phone. Again I saw the store manager politely fix his device in just a few minutes. If my father who is 73 ever got a smartphone, I want him treated like this. Great job guys, it seems like you have really turned this store around.

These people are liars!!! I told the girl who helped us we wanted the 64g Iphone 6 and 64g Iphone 6 plus. She gave us the 16g and by the time I noticed it was 2 days past my 14 days, I only noticed because my phone started sending me messages my storage was full. They refused to change them, Also was told that if we got a tablet it was on in store promotion for $60. I got my bill a few days ago and was charged $249! I have called customer service and been told since I got it at the store it has to be resolved there. They got the store on the phone and the manager told me he would talk to the rep and call me back within an hour because he wanted this resolved today. That was Tuesday at 1pm.....its Thursday...still nothing. I called customer service back...they got them on the phone again and I went through the whole thing....still waiting on a call back but was told I couldn't bring the tablet back because it past the 14 days....it was past that before I got my bill!!! I will never step foot in that store and I will tell everyone I know not to.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We tried to switch to Sprint and they told us the phones would work where we lived... wrong! They did not work... Had to go back to the store the next morning to return them. I had traded in my Iphone 6 plus and they wouldn't give me the phone back even thought it was still sitting on their counter from the night before when we had traded phones. The manager all of a sudden left the store so he didn't have to deal with us. He left his counter workers there to try to deal with a difficult situation and put them and us in a very awkward situation. It's been 3 months and they are still charging me over $2800 in activation fees even though the phones were returned the very next morning. I have called customer services several times to be told that my account would be credited, although it has yet to be. I wish we had NEVER gone to this store. Not only does their cell phone service stink, but their customer service is awful!!! Do not go to this store.
Went in and swapped 6 lines from verizon to sprint and i was lied to about release dates of the new iphones and galaxy note 4. I guess they needed to move old inventory. Out of 6 phones 3 were defective. Called corporate and they said since it is not a corporate store there is nothing they can do. Horrific customer service. This store needs to be closed. They are so desperate for a sale that they lied to me and i was coming to buy phones. There was no need to lie but they did it anyway. People just standing around not working and if they are busy they dont even say hello i will be with you in a moment. They dont even acknowledge you.
My husband took his phone to have a port replacement.The phone was not charging properly..So the guy charged 40.00 to put in a replacement. It worked for a short time.But it soon started doing the same the same as before.Phone still doesn't charge properly.

If you take your phone in for repair & it has to be replaced they don't call you. They only call if they repair it. The employees are very immature, stand around talking on their phone. Rpair service seems good, they need to call customers once they find out what is wrong with the phone, whether it's repaired or has to be replaced.
