WWBeds Custom Furniture

I went up to the store on October 3 and spoke with Gary about making a twin on twin bunk bed with crib inside the bottom bunk. Gary said he could make it happen and i sent him a picture of the project i wanted via email. I gave him my personal info and told him an estimated date on when i wanted it done. He called back two days later to talk about the price and told me he would sketch it up on paper and get back with me. Two weeks had passed and i hadn’t heard from him so i called to make sure things were going as planned. I spoke with his son because gary wasn’t in and his son told me that he was going to contact gary to find out what the plan was. Two more weeks passes by and I hadn’t heard anything. So i call on October 31 4 weeks after our initial conversation and gary tells me he cant do the project. Now im upset because my son is due in less then 9 days and now i dont have a crib set up. I just feel like if your a business you do what you say and say what your doing. Dont string people alone knowing you cant or want do the work. Thats bad business! I would never recommend no one to this business ever. I just hope he doesn’t do anyone else like that.

I was looking for a baseball bed for my son and came across WW Beds. I was a bit nervous about ordering a custom bed from a company hundreds of miles away. I called and spoke with Gary who immediately made me feel comfortable with the design, order, and shipping processes. Communication was amazing throughout the whole process. When we received the bed it was perfect!! We loved the quality of the bed so much we immediately ordered a custom dresser. That too was amazing! I will definitely do business with with Gary, .Chris and family again!!!
