Poor service

Nasty customer service they need to training their crew better very poor service



No Stars

The station is the upmost rudest ridiculous running ststion ive ever incountered. The customer service rep. a young black male is running around with a look and speech as if he was drunk. I didnt even know he worked at the station for lack of uniform. As a single female i pay close attention to the males around me and assumed by tge way he watched me from the time i walked in till the time he followed me saying a a a girl what u need girl that he was a typical pushy male trying to get my attention. And once i asked for change he out right refused up to where i purchased a soda just to get change. He absoultly forced me to buy it which i refused to take it. Then i walked away while him and the security guard tuanted and giggled about thats the way i treat em when they have an attuide. And that wasnt the end they come out to the bus and taganized me some more. That is why us blacks especially young black men are the most unemployed Americans today.

I have been trying to call this station for 2hours and they either need t get new ppl b/c the current workers are not doing their jobs,or they dnt have enough workers....this really shld be fixed promptly...

i also agree with the first responder that is so sad that when u really need to speak with a rep and you cant get no one on the phone or the lines is busy i wish i could call another bus line may be it would be a lot less trouble then this mess

I bought a ticket at Kiosk to ...

I bought a ticket at Kiosk to travel to ATL, GA and Paid $200 then when bus showed up i and other people where told by counter lady that there where only 3 spots left and rest of us had to figure somewhere to go and it was not her problem. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Will be calling GREYHOUND and reporting their personal issuse.If you are useing the Little Rock,ARK bus terminal PLEASE be VERY AWARE OF COUNTER LADY with fake eyes.



Went to the Little Rock statio...

Went to the Little Rock station at 8 AM on 5/9/11 to ship a package to Springdale, AR. I went to the ticket counter and waited for approx 10 minutes. A Greyhound employee who was sweeping up the lobby told me the lady who worked the counter had come in late and then left, saying she would "be back later". I waited another 20 minutes, then had to leave to get back to work. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
