Overall

This place is a joke! My dad and I called here to order a new clutch dog for his boat. My dad took the part off and took it up there to find out if the issue was with the actual clutch dog or the gears. We wanted to make sure we were going to order the correct part. When we got there the gentleman (Larry) behind the counter said he didn't know about this part, but would have one of the mechanics look at it and let us know when they got back from lunch. It would have only took 5 min for them to look at it and tell us if it was good or not. We waited for a little while and went to have lunch. Before we left, Larry took down my dad's number and said he would call after they looked at it. After approximately 45 min we still hadn't heard anything so my dad called and Larry said the guys must have came in through the back from lunch. We went back, and asked if they had looked at the part yet. Larry said no, and that they were busy working on motors that had to get finished. It literally would have taken them just a few short mins to tell us what we needed. Larry said he was not going to pull his guys off the motors to look at it and it would take a while. Which is fine, but he should of told us that in the beginning instead of wasting our time. Needless to say we took our part back and left. If you're going to do business with these guys beware!
