I've been to this clinic twice. Both times were good experiences. The front desk personnel was courteous and the medical staff was professional and knowledgeable. My wait time was longer the 2nd visit but it was flu season and seeing how I was a walk-in I didn't think the wait time was unreasonable. The only clitch I had was my prescription was not called in promptly like they said and I had to follow up with the clinic to remind them a couple hours later. Mistakes happen though. It wasn't such a blunder that would prevent me from going back. I will definitely use them again.

I have been a patient of this clinic since 1999. I've been very happy with this clinic, all of the doctors and staff are great. When choosing insurance, my first priority is making sure I don't have to go elsewhere to seek treatment. The Physicians and staff go above and beyond. I love them!
I went in and told them exactly what was wrong with me. I also told them I had been taking anti-inflammatory, antibiotic, and rotating heat and cold to try to bring down the pain. So the doctor decided to write me a prescription for antibiotics which I have already been taken and wanted to give me a shot for anti-inflammatories which I had already been taking. He didn't hear anything I had to say to him and they dismissed me like I didn't matter.
Wonderful staff. And over all very professional. In a time of distress I am glad we landed there. They seemed to predict our questions and concerns, and made sure we understood all procedures taking place.
Awful customer service even if the place was nice....................................................
-day stay at st. during my 3-day stay at st. Vincent's I had a few bad experiences the first was they forgot to feed me dinner my first day there they did feed me lunch but forgot to feed me dinner they said their reason was they saw someone walk into my room with food and they assumed it was for me but they didn't come and check the second thing was my ivy blue and my left arm so they had to run one in my right arm but they never remove the needle from the left arm for almost two days third and final thing that happened to me is they had several problems trying to get a vein when they were trying to give him an IV so several different people tried after the other was administered a few hours later I noticed I was laying on something which turned out to be a dirty bloody needle it was my blood of course but I still was playing on a used needle not very professional
BEFORE CHOSING THIS CLINIC I S-T-R-O-N-G-L-Y RECOMMEND YOU READ THIS THROUGHLY!!!THIS IS WRITTEN IN FEBRUARY 2017!- More than 3 hour waits just to have to leave witout being seen while we were still waiting!- multiple times we would call over and over during business hours and no one would answer!- MULTIPLE times the pahrmacy would fax them repeatedly and they wouldnt respond! They would always say something was wrong with their system!- Performs procedures not covered by insurance and you get a bill from lab corp saying you owe! The doctor used a procedure to try to diagnose what is not covered to diagnose! The doctor is supposed to know what is covered!- Nurses fail repeatedly to get the bill from lab corp fixed but say it has been fixed! The doctor was supposed to correct the diagnosis code but still never has!- Called 20 times and finally got an answer. April said that someone's family member died and they were short handed! This has happend over and over and over!- Nurse Rachel tells me she will call us back about the lab corp bill after she confirmed that she received the 4th bill we received saying it was going to go against our credit in 30 days, but she doesn't!- I call again MULTIPLE times. They FINALLY answer but do NOT say hello, or any greetings at all. The phone was answered and you could hear someone messing with buttons momentarily and I IMMEDIATELY went on hold! I HUNG UP AFTER 30 MINUTES!- left messages 2 consecutive days for a returned call and they still have not returned my call! Nurse Rachel was supposed to turn my call 2 days ago and I have left a message each day!- Faxed pharmacy the wrong directions on a perscription! They said it was one pill a day instead of 2 a day, which is what it was supposed to be and has been for years! Because they sent it that way wrong to the pharmacy, the pharmacy said it was a mistake by the doctor and charged us another $90 copay to correct the perscription!- We are currently getting the proof from the pharmacy that the med was sent wrong from the doctor's office. The doctor said he never sent it, but he obviously did according to the pharmacy because they gave us ALL the information about it and a copy is coming to us as we speak!- AND we NOW have proof from the pharmacy that the doctor's office screwed up the perscription resulting in an additional co pay! STAY TUNED!!!
Went for a throat infection, 1 very large pus pocket on the right and several smaller ones on the left that ooze pus. Was told by the doctor my throat is healthy, he couldn't see anything other than healthy pink tissue & normal white skin folds. The infected pus pockets are even visible in the terrible pic I took with my phone camera. Wtf?!?! The doctor needs new glasses or a new profession. Completely wasted $100. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
Amber- NP and staff were wonderful, Amber really took her time to stich up my spouse hand; accident that occurred from yard work. She and the staff did such a great job, everyone was so pleasant. I truly recommend this clinic to everyone.
DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC, ESPICALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN. THEY DISCRIMINATE AT THIS CLINIC AND IF YOU REPORT THEM THEY WILL TRY TO DENY YOU FUTURE SERVICE.
