They never answer their phones (office or cell). Work I needed done was not done in the time frame we agreed on. Took a whole week instead of the couple of hours they said it would take. They lost my business forever!
The old man is not in the shop any more! The punks behind the counter just remedy your problem with wore parts and rip you off. May take 2 years to surface. They do not do good business.
It took them 7 hours to do a two-hour seal job on the back of my transmission labor $725.50 for A2 hour job I would advise anybody to keep their truck out of Glover's truck shop
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Turnbo’s Auto Sales. Beau Turnbo was deceptive and did not uphold any of his guarantees regarding services promised. The payments I made were mishandled, and the finished product was dangerously defective. The car lacked properly installed parts, and the brakes are likely to fail at any moment. I strongly advise anyone to do their proper due diligence before using Turnbo’s Auto, and I cannot recommend this business due to Turnbo's lack of ethics and dishonest business practices.
I would advise against taking any vehicles or equipment to this place. I've had multiple interactions, none of which have been positive. The last instance is pure theft from the owner which is why I feel the need to write this to any other people that might consider using this poorly run organizationThe most recent and frustrating experience comes with one of their technicians wrecking my truck by running it into a concrete pylon in their shop.The service manager admitted it and said that they would fix it with all the damage but four months later after numerous calls there was always some reason why it was not fixed.The service manager knew they were in the wrong and said they would make it right but there was always some excuse about the check being ready but not signed by the owner, Rustin Glover.Finally, multiple months later, and numerous phone calls, I have realized that the owner has no intention of making it right and is in effect stealing several hundred dollars from me and my company. Seems a trivial amount of money to have your reputation tarnished. Do not use Rustin Glover or this company. Would not want you to have the same experience. Never a pleasant experience to work a dishonest company. It says a lot when the office staff that has been fielding the phone calls, and the service manager who was there when it happened all agree that it should be made right but the owner doesn't.I will pursue it in court because it's not worth it to let people like this get away with things like this even if the money is a trivial amount.
For a parts department they are a great facility. They have had what others hadn't. Also gives military discount. Give them a try for factory parts.
Wow worst experience not once but twice. Don't have qualified mechanics. I would never recommend this company. Maybe 3rd time is a charm but I doubt it. They have had truck for 4 days and yet to fix it.
Absolutely Horrible repair shop to do business with. Will quote you prices for repairs when nothing is wrong with the vehicle. Ended up with shock and strut parts, that cost roughly $250, that I was told needed to be repaired on my car. Got a second opinion, and that was not the case! Shocks and struts were just fine. Needed a transmission flush, and the "technician" failed to put enough transmission fluid in my car. could have caused major damage if I didn't pay attention to the faint rattling noise coming from my hood. They called themselves replacing a thermostat, and engine went completely hot after a few days. They said the end part of the hose was shot. What trained mechanic puts a worn out hose back on a vehicle?? Instead of the service manager accepting responsibility for the mistake, he tried to blame it on a bad radiator hose, instead of maybe thinking that it may have not been attached properly. Additionally, the service manager, David Sample, tried to re-neg on an agreement that I'd only have to pay for half of the cost of the radiator. I had to get the cops involved. The sad part is that all of this happened and the service representatives were all aware of exactly what was agreed upon the day prior. I highly advise that anybody who wants to maintain their vehicle in working condition does NOT conduct business with Gwatney. They are bad for business, and their professionalism is completely shot. I don't even think a single star is worth their lack of good service and professionalism. This business is being reported to the Better Business Bureau, and there was a complaint made to GM. Please spare yourself the trouble, and go to a reputable service and repair shop.
Before getting here I already tried some other Chevrolet dealerships and was quite well informed on the model I was looking for. Here they were really kind and even got impressed with my knowledge offering me a job))). I didn't get the car (I found it later on repokar com), but I got a tempting job offer - not bad!
Scam artist, going to have our Semi truck turned up on the motor and instead of doing what we asked he wanted to hide our emissions for 2500 and then got upset like a child when we said no we just wanted it flashed. Said he won't flash it unless we allow him to do the mechanical work which is 2 $10.00 wires that we can do ourselves and wanting to charge $300 just for the cables. When we asked for a copy of our bill after already paying $80.00 diagnosis his wife I believe said no she was not going to give us one. We did finally get it. There is no shop outside for them to do mechanical work . You see a small shack surrounded by junky rv campers. They are rude and really don't seem to know what they are doing
