Service is abysmal. The store manager is curt with anyone of color that comes in. I've noticed this at least three times. He calls the police and security on one fellow because his volume in the store was louder than the manager was comfortable with. In an effort to get his man to quiet himself he YELLED at the man to keep it down. Ridiculous. I go into this store almost weekly to buy movies. I spend a lot of money here. But with this store manager and his young protege (a young black man who knows nothing of customer service) My tale? I was being rung up by the manager, no issues. He bent down to find my movies after starting the transaction; his protege then SNATCHED the cash that I was counting from the counter and told me that I was short. I explained to him I wasn't finished counting "my money" and for him to put it back on the counter. I have him exact money with a 1 cent surplus. When he handed me the receipt he expressed that he could do without the extra "attitude". Seriously?! When the manager turned around he was visibly confused because he assumed to finish the transaction he started. When I tried to tell him what just happened the protege talked over me and made me the villain. I took my purchases and left the store. () Until this team is replaced I will have to go to the WLR X change. Screw these guys. Oh yeah, the manager also accused a customer of bringing in stolen property to sell. What a douche.
This place is awesome. The comment bellow me sounds like someone who is impatient. The manger is in fact very nice. If you take time to talk to her she is real sweet and helpful. The selection of games is actually impressive. I love stores that carry old school retro games in there stock. Going to a used game store is always a "treasure hunt". Every time you go in there you never know what new game has been added.
