Our server was good but a lot of other where just standing around talking. Hostess was almost nonexistent. Food was fair at best. Sliced cheese on a chicken parm! Really?
First time but not the last. Service was five stars.
We spent $29 on food, only to find we were missing a quarter pounder with cheese when we got home. I called the restaurant and spoke to a manager. I didn’t get her name, but she took down my name so that I could come back later to get my missing sandwich. It was an ordeal waiting for my sandwich. I was waiting there 20 minutes because they were trying to reach the manager from the time we were there to make sure I was right about what had happened. I felt like the gals working in there thought I was pulling a fast one saying I had a missing sandwich. They either owed me a sandwich or my money back. $29 is a lot to drop at one time at a McDonalds. I know that order alone probably made labor for that time period. I do plan on contacting the franchisee owner of the McDonalds on Macarthur drive in North Little Rock.
Nasty. Got smoothie tasted like it had alcohol in it. Should've read the reviews first before going.
Food, waitress, and service was great. Issue was the cook who we overheard say sevaral inappropriate things about a couple of the young ladies eating there.
Make sure your employees know where to put stuff, came to get a breakfast sandwich and the lady had no idea if she can serve it to me around 530 pm and also she was on the phone on the job so
This place is disgusting! I will NEVER step foot in this dive again! The employees are rude and their appearances are not up to par. I was never greeted or offered the opportunity to place my order, BUT an employee was able to place hers! The crew should be terminated and replaced!!!
Came buy the store today 9-71-16 ordered catfish feast meal southern style catfish meal. Did not get the Corn or the six butterfly shrimp. I was able to call the store. The manager said that she would replace the entire meal..
Every time I go, there is a problem. Once a customer ahead of me didn't know what he wanted so he stepped out of line. The employee proceeded to take my order. The customer came back while I was placing my order and the employee told me to stop and wait so she could take his order. The other customer and the employee were both black and I am white. Color shouldn't matter, but it obviously did to these two. I decided to try it again though and I placed my order with the same girl. She told me the computer was broken and I couldn't get anything after she made my order. I won't go back.
Ordered online and girl was impatient and rude. Food is worth it though. The best wings in town!!! I guess the people promoting Wing Stop must work there because they are not as good as Chicken King!
