I had an extremely disappointing experience with Turnbo’s Auto Sales. Beau Turnbo was deceptive and did not uphold any of his guarantees regarding services promised. The payments I made were mishandled, and the finished product was dangerously defective. The car lacked properly installed parts, and the brakes are likely to fail at any moment. I strongly advise anyone to do their proper due diligence before using Turnbo’s Auto, and I cannot recommend this business due to Turnbo's lack of ethics and dishonest business practices.

For a parts department they are a great facility. They have had what others hadn't. Also gives military discount. Give them a try for factory parts.
Absolutely Horrible repair shop to do business with. Will quote you prices for repairs when nothing is wrong with the vehicle. Ended up with shock and strut parts, that cost roughly $250, that I was told needed to be repaired on my car. Got a second opinion, and that was not the case! Shocks and struts were just fine. Needed a transmission flush, and the "technician" failed to put enough transmission fluid in my car. could have caused major damage if I didn't pay attention to the faint rattling noise coming from my hood. They called themselves replacing a thermostat, and engine went completely hot after a few days. They said the end part of the hose was shot. What trained mechanic puts a worn out hose back on a vehicle?? Instead of the service manager accepting responsibility for the mistake, he tried to blame it on a bad radiator hose, instead of maybe thinking that it may have not been attached properly. Additionally, the service manager, David Sample, tried to re-neg on an agreement that I'd only have to pay for half of the cost of the radiator. I had to get the cops involved. The sad part is that all of this happened and the service representatives were all aware of exactly what was agreed upon the day prior. I highly advise that anybody who wants to maintain their vehicle in working condition does NOT conduct business with Gwatney. They are bad for business, and their professionalism is completely shot. I don't even think a single star is worth their lack of good service and professionalism. This business is being reported to the Better Business Bureau, and there was a complaint made to GM. Please spare yourself the trouble, and go to a reputable service and repair shop.
Before getting here I already tried some other Chevrolet dealerships and was quite well informed on the model I was looking for. Here they were really kind and even got impressed with my knowledge offering me a job))). I didn't get the car (I found it later on repokar com), but I got a tempting job offer - not bad!
I had a very positive experience with North Point Ford! Everyone was very helpful and I walked away with the right car for me at what I deem as a fantastic price. Thanks to Ray and Collin, both were great to interact with!
My name is Connie and I went to North Point Toyota March the 11, 2015. Rocky treated me very well. The rest of the employees that I came in contact with were very nice. Rocky and I went for a test drive in the vehicle of my choice. I could not have asked for a better salesman. He made me feel at home. Next time I am ready to buy another vehicle I will go back to North Point and I hope Rocky is still there to sell me my next vehicle. Thank you I rated North Point with 5 stars, but I rate Rocky my salesman with 10 stars
My first purchase from NPT and I was very pleased with every aspect of the transaction. Our salesperson, Aaron, was very helpful, courteous and personable, yet not pushy or over-bearing. I would recommend NPT to anyone looking to buy a Toyota....btw, I LOVE my new Highlander!
We walked in not expecting a deal. Boy were we surprised when they came back with a price below our set limit!!! Excellent salesman, finance dept. and all the others who came by to say hello or just to welcome us to Northland Ford Mercury store. We will be repeat costumers!!
Had my truck four months and the rear gear caused the transmission to go out. I had to spend $3700 because the warranty was for 60,000 and I was at 64,000. I only had my truck 4 months and nobody would help me, they only wanted my money. Bad customer service.
I am a repeat customer. North Point Ford Mercury works with the customer by listening to what they need, can afford and what makes them happy. Service from shopping to delivery is top notch.
