The flowers are absolutely beautiful! The delivery person went above and beyond, as I was given the wrong address for delivery. He waited on the street while I made calls to get the right house number. The recipient has already posted a picture on facebook and I couldn't be more pleased! Beyond my expectations! Thank you! I might have thought the other reviewer was wrong or full of it or something, but after seeing the business' response blaming and being condescending to the customer, I'd have to agree that it seems they don't have very good service. I'll be going somewhere else.
Placed an order woman said it would come with more roses and just more flowers if I upgraded to the larger one than the 50 dollar one so I upgraded to the 70 dollar one but when it was delivered was not what was ordered had 1 rose 3 carnations and 1 tulip are you kidding and a 4 in vase long story short buyer beware they are a rip off sell you one thing then ship a cheaper one BEWARE

I have been ordering flowers for my Girlfriend, now Wife for the last 10 years from this Florist. They have always provided very quick service and my Wife ( and Her co-workers ) have been very impressed with the floral arrangements. Their pricing is very competitive and they are flexible and willing to go above and beyond to make their Customers happy.
Well, i called on the phone to see if a part was in stock. It was and i told the person on the phone id be there in 15 minutes. He said that would be fine and i was on my way. 15 minutes later i was there, the store was closed, all the lights off. Not very good customer service if you ask me! and they were supposed to be open until six, its 5:36 right now and i was there 45 minutes ago. Just sayin, they did have the part i was looking for when everyone else was sold out, but its pointless if i cant get in the store!!!
