Dear Road Safe, on this past Tuesday, August 15th I encountered one of your employees driving one of your trucks (USDOT 717663 VE4072) driving in a manner that cannot be considered road safe. In fact, quite the opposite. This man was driving your truck as though it were a sports car weaving in and out of traffic, cutting other vehicles off and exceeding the speed limit by at least 15 mph. This occurred on I-15 southbound in the area of Russell off-ramp. He was brought to my attention because I nearly rear-ended him after he cut me off by veering into my lane. After I caught up with him and took his photograph he then suddenly slowed down. Nonetheless, this is a liability that your company ought not countenance. He either needs to take a driver's safety/education class or he should be fired because if he continues to drive in such a manner you are going to be held liable as his employer/principal when (not if) he causes a serious accident. You have been duly notified. I will post this on the internet as well.
