This business does not pay the bills. If you decide to do business with them I would advice upfront payment prior to performing any work at any of there facilities.
Their customer service certainly leaves a lot to be desired
I took my recyclables to them last week and walked away with a handfull of cash!! The process could not have been easier.
I went there to recycle some copper, aluminum, and steel, about 750 pounds worth. The girl in the office who apparently makes all the decisions and runs the place, told me i had to have a letter from the place i got this stuff from. Well that was after two of us had spent 20 minutes loading everything in their bins to be weighed. I told her that was not going to happen, I have been recycling metals form our jobsites for many years and have never been turned down before. So we went to Nevada Recycling about a mile away from there, and they were kind, courteous, and knowledgeable unlike Top Dollar. Nevada Recycling also gave us over $200 more for the metals than top dollar would. Top Dollar actually did us a favor by doing what they did, but i will NEVER go back to Top Dollar again!
The "deal" says to show coupon to cashier BUT, I was denied because I didn't print the coupon. Doesn't say to print for redemption. I offered to email it & she could print it
