        Overall

        To all of my friends that live near the UPS store at Ann and camino el Norte, The owner John is a thief and a liar. His business screwed up a very important package and they admitted the problem was on their end. They failed to follow the standard that their own corporate office said they should have. Moreover, their wrong doing was confirmed by UPS home office as well as UPS international. Complaints were filled with UPS corporate and John admitted that any complaints given from corporate would not be acted upon. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR BUSINESS!
