An absolute pleasure to do business with Jeremy and the team at Priority Appliances. Jeremy was able to help me purchase the Speed Queen Series 9 washer and dryer. The dryer was on backorder, and nobody in the valley had it. During the time I waited for the dryer to arrive from Ripon Wisconsin, Jeremy kept me updated every step of the way. He was proactive with his updates, and contacted me without me ever having to call him. It’s a level of service that seems to be very rare nowadays. From my experience, I can honestly say that Jeremy and his team have earned my loyalty as a future customer, and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for new appliances. I purchased a French Door refrigerator from Jeff at Priority and I can't tell you enough good things about the whole experience! Jeff was so knowledgeable and was concerned about the size of the fridge, whether it would fit correctly in the kitchen, and through the doors of my house. I am sorry I am writing this so late but they did a great job and my husband said I need to write a review. We had a by-passed switch that allowed the heat to keep running and not turn off. The previous tenants did not have a auto thermostat so I think with our new thermostat and Legacy did the fix for half price. We had a home insurance plan and the Air Conditioning company that came out sent from the plan quoted the fix over 300.00 dollars because someone had bypassed this switch(tampered) with the wiring. I don't remember the guys name but I will find my old slip.
Called up for a warm air blowing AC. Dave came out the next morning (quite early...but better to beat the heat). It took him about 15 minutes to figure out the potential problem (hole in the coolant line). After he found the issue, he explained all the options (and price) he could take to correct the problem (in terms that I could understand!). After being honest with his suggestions, I was able to decide what route to take. It then took him about 30 minutes to fix it (welded) and add more coolant. The bill wasn't outrageous...ballpark of what I expected (which wasn't the most expensive option he suggested.) He was in and out in under an hour. I will recommend these guys to anyone that needs an honest repair company.
Look no further than Legacy Air, I had a leaking overflow pipe over my patio, the technician was very knowledgable crawled up into the attic space where the ac stuff is and fixed it in no time! Awesome prices and excellent service! A+++++++++++
