Day 1 - On Sunday, October 7, 2012 our refrigerator just stopped getting cold. I called Allstate Appliance Repair and they said they would be right over. What a pleasant surprise that they were so quick on an early Sunday morning. John, the owner came over. He opened both doors of my GE Profile which was only 4 1/2 years old. He told me it was the condenser and the part would run $420 dollars and he would order the part and have it installed the next day.Day 2 - Monday, October 8, a nice man named Mike came over and said he was sure it was not the condenser. So he pulled out the refrigerator, took off the back and said it was the mother board. He called and had them order it and the cost would be $457.Day 3 - Tuesday, October 9, Mike came back and installed the part and said it should take about 24 hrs. to get cold so I waited.Day 4 - Wednesday, October 10, I checked the temperature and it was still not cold. The freezer side was dropping a bit but the other side had not gotten any colder. So, I called and Mike came back that day and added some Freon and said that should fix it.Day 5 - Thursday, October 11th, I check the temperature again and the freezer was getting colder but not the other side so I called again and Mike came back out. He said that it was probably beyond repair and that they would refund our money. On Sunday, October 14, my husband and I went out to buy a new refrigerator which would be delivered on Wednesday, October 17.Mike was supposed to come on Monday, October 15, to take out the new part and replace it with the old part because the guys bringing the new refrigerator would be removing the old one. So I called John, the owner and asked when Mike would be there to remove the part. He asked me if I would take $50 for the refrigerator and that they would remove it. Sure, I said. He said he would call me back immediately and let me know when they were coming. He never called.Tuesday, October 16, I called John again and said he had to either remove the part or come and get the refrigerator before the new one arrived on the following day. Mind you we have now been without a refrigerator for 10 days. He said he would call me back right away and give me a time. Yes, you are right, he never called. So, I called him back. He said his guys would be out at 2:30 to give us $50 and pick up the refrigerator. So we waited and no one came so I called John again, he said their were very close. At 5:00 they finally came. We have hardwood floors and told the guys to be careful and asked them for the $50. They said, what $50? So they called John and he told them to pay us, bring the refrigerator back and he would reimburse them. So I guess you know where this is going. They dragged the refrigerator and scratched our floors. So I called John and said he would have to pay for the damage. He started cussing at me and told me it was not his fault that it was the drivers and to talk to them. I told him that they worked for him, he hired them and he was responsible. He said they did not work for him. He was screaming so much at me that my husband took the phone and what a mess. The drivers told us that they did all of John's pick-up's and deliveries. The driver called us back and said he would take care of the damage. Did John threaten to fire them? Who knows. Here is the interesting part. When the drivers came in and looked at the refrigerator and hit some controls on the front, the temperatures were normal. They were not normal when we had checked it before they came. They told us we were giving away an expensive refrigerator. What could we do? We had already gone out and spent $3,400 for a new refrigerator and had been without one for 10 days. What a fiasco. Was this all a scam to get a very expensive refrigerator for $50? Who knows. All I know is that buyer beware with this company. Unbelievable to say the least.
We had made an entire day out of looking at different show rooms (las Vegas flooring outlet, floors etc, lumber liquidators, and more) and Budget flooring was the very last on our list seeing how they were so close to home. We arrived and for once there wasn't some nosy sales guy trying to push a product or service on us, just honest women giving clear answers. We scheduled our free estimate with Don (spellcheck?) and he arrived right on time! He then walked us through the house and gave us multiple different quotes because I had a bunch of different ways I wanted the house to be done. After we went over all my options and prices he pointed out things we should do in the future with our home (mini cracks in our outside back yard stucco and how to fix them ourselves among other simple DIYS he recommended) with us being first time homeowners all his advice was greatly appreciated! Once we decided to go ahead and start our project NICOLE is the one who got out contract written up and they started just a day later. We weren't living in the house when they started so we would pop in every now and then to check on the progress. At first we were skeptical that they would finish on time (I think that had to do with us being rookies and not knowing exactly how long each job took) because we had decided to do laminate tile new carpet and new baseboards throughout our entire house. Which they finished a day earlier than our contract had predicted!! All the while, with my many questions on top of my boyfriends many questions Nicole stuck with me through it all and really made me feel as though our conversations weren't between a business and a customer but more of a friend to friend. I would recommend Budget flooring to everyone looking to update their home!!
Highly recommended by several friends and they did not disappoint. Their selection of wood flooring was expansive. It included pad, furniture movement and all wood strips at doorways. A large crew (5) arrived at 8 am and finished before 4 pm. They did our master bedroom, living room and dining room. Promised to do in 3 days and finished in 1. Very careful and courteous, even moving a huge entertainment center to our garage. We couldn't be happier. Price beat Lowes. We contracted and wood was ordered and installation done within 17 days.Everyone involved was polite, from sales to measuring to the crew that installed the flooring. Good cleanup as well.
Awesome install. Perfect service. Installers were professional and very precise. We will use Budget Flooring for all our future needs. We could not be happier.
Budget Flooring installed laminates for our home that we purchased in 2014. In less than 2 years, we advertised it for sale. Needless to say, we received an offer immediately as soon as the professional photos appeared in the multi listing. The floors pretty much sold the house - beautiful! This time, we have again asked Don's professional advice and we are very happy with the laminates that were recently installed. Thank you Don and staff and kudos to Tyler for being a perfectionist!
I was pleasantly surprised by the great service by Floor Covering Factory Outlet. Mike, the salesman at their Craig store was very professional and an expert in flooring. The installation was timely and not messy. The price was also reasonable.
I am new to this area and so I searched a few places for flooring. I went to Floor Covering Factory Outlet and they were the Best. From selection, to sales to installation I was treated professionally. I recommend them highly and have posted to other sites as well, they deserve it. My floor looks great, yours will too.
I am very happy with my Flooring. Frank the salesman was very courteous and helpful. The installation was fine. If you want carpet in Las Vegas, Floor Covering Factory Outlet is the one.
Go See Frank Makris at their Eastern store. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and we were taken care of. The installers showed up on time and left our place clean. So if you want carpet done in Las Vegas, Floor Covering Factory Outlet is the place.
