I needed a new battery and Ms. Jocelyn helped me from purchasing to installing she was there for me every step of the way! She also recommended what is best regarding wipers as I needed them to be replaced, too! She is such a caring, attentive and professional employee and she knows her craft very well! It was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this Autozone for all your car needs! They are great! 👍

I've used Century West to service my BMW and have been satisfied for the most part. The only thing that can be disappointing is the lack of BMW loaner cars. You have to make an appointment well in advance and at that, you may be placed in a rental. The people that I have dealt with at this location have been very helpful and attentive. I moved from this neighborhood but will continue to take my car here to be serviced.

Worst company. Called in and ordered a fender liner on a Monday and was promised afternoon delivery. Tuesday rolls around no fender liner. I call in and they said it's on the way. The driver pulls up with a FENDER. Call up the company again and ask when I can get a fender liner, they promise to deliver the following morning. Wednesday morning, once again, no fender liner. I call the company up again to find out that they don't deliver under $20. I can understand the delivery policy, but why didn't someone tell me this when I ordered this 3 times ago? It's safe to say that my first experience with Parts Station was a train wreck and it cost me a happy customer. Thanks a lot Parts Station.

General Sales Manager mr Joseph Malek is very very rude.i went there to buy BMW 535i used cars but they show me new BMW 535i asked me to test drive car and then when I said I like to buy this car and car finance profile they told me i have to pay $4000 more then asking price...Never buy cars from this dealership.General Sales Manager mr Joseph Malek is scam artist….They ripped me off big time !!! Their prices sound great until you get the shipping cot. That's where they make the difference, by charging an absurd delivery amount

TERRIBLE - Stay far away from these people. They will take your money and not deliver the goods

Their customer service is a joke. If you're ordering over the internet chances are you will not receive your complete order. Their best answer isn't to fix the problem but refund your money after you return everything.

Had a bad starter. Took it in about 11AM and had the car by about 3:00PM. Later checked the price and it was in line with industry standards. Jack was professional and courteous. I trust these guys to make an accurate diagnosis and not try to sell you something you don't need. Probably not the least expensive shop in town but can you trust the least expensive. They are AAA recommended and their mechanics ACS approved. I like Deed's Automotive in Burbank or Honcura in Glendale but they were to busy to fix my car on Saturday and this place gave me good service at a reasonable price and got the job done on a Saturday in 4 hours.
